After a few trips I got my car running with a few extra parts to return and spent a couple hundred in brake pads. Still havnt returned them cuz it's over the return time and a half days job took 3 weekends cuz putting back together with old parts to swap out for the right parts.

Dont always have everything but the staff is very helpful in finding another AutoZone location, ordering to have available next day or directing to closest competitor, that has in stock.

They always have the parts I need for my vehicle. Always pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful. And their prices are usually the lowest I can find, close by. All good pluses. And they have a Rewards Program. They're 5(*****) Stars in my Book, hands down!

Lot of items, somewhat disorganized for specialty items and somewhat lackluster service at times. *Updated review* Again still having issues with this store. The guy that they know still very unhelpful, doesn't seem to care or know how to help and when he can he fails to do so. More interested in asking if you need help and then blowing you off with a non professional response. Asked about dependent veteran discounts and was kinda pushed off about, because I was family which kinda disturbing especially when my family has endured and continues to feel the effect it has done. Above it all I was helped by a manager I like who found my right windshield wiper sizes, but unfortunately someone still sold me the wrong ones for adapting and even though several employees around and standing still didn't even catch. This lack of focus on the job makes me realize I would be better ordering online and not having to deal with the same. Honestly, I really liked autozone selection of performance and electronics parts at first, but I am choosing for better service by going elsewhere. Honestly, revamp your employees, pay them better, get people who enjoy having a job or at least tries to care. Sorry to have to update but very irritating, so much I don't even want to come back to return the wrong wipers. I opened and spent awhile trying to understand why or how they would fit, my time with that is already wasted for something extremely simple. I would avoid this store until they address, in the meantime I am shopping elsewhere.

Great staff. Came into the store 7minutes before close, got my codes pulled and knowledgeable counter help sorted me out and helped me avoid a pointless purchase and got me the information I needed and all parts I require are in stock and at a good price. Will make it a point to return

All three employees were extremely prompt, helpful and nice. One of the women said it was only her third day but she did a great job. I'll definitely be returning!
