Had our first Covid shot here and second at another Rite Aid and each time very friendly employees who genuinely care for their customers...great place to shop for health and beauty items and food or drink..never really that busy either and a nice sitting area in back for relaxing while potentially waiting on an order or taking a break..

The store was well laid out, organized, and clean. The checkout was fast. It’s a nice stop for a few items or for medical needs. The prices are high, as with all drug stores, but this is a nice Rite Aid.

The store is overall clean and the customer sevice for the store has always been amazing. The pharmacy on the otherhans is another story, the receptionist was quite rude when I asked questions. They may be questions that she’s asked all the time, but I was looking for answer to an unknown problem with my medication. Just treat people nicely when you work with the general public, it’s only fair.

Place is well located on Portsmouth Blvd. Store is clean and shelves are well staked and staff was friendly. They are offering the covid vaccine and the process was a breeze.

On Friday, March 20th, dropped off a request for a refill. Told them I will wait for it. Ten minutes later I was called up to the counter. They said the pharmacist JUST went on break and it will not be filled until after their hour break. I will take my business elsewhere next time. Glad it was not urgent.

Very friendly people at this location. They always say hello when I’m in there and the pharmacists are quick and helpful!
