I want to thank the good folks at Aaron's for delivering yesterday..I was supposed to be delivered too but some how I wasn't on the board but they made sure to get delivered as promised...the guy came out showed my son how the new TV worked made sure all was OK before leaving definitely a go to place thank you 😊

Aaron's was a curiosity for me. Stopped in to browse and some of the items are nice. It's basically a company which leases furniture and other items. After looking through the store I did see a PS5 available. Total cost to purchase 1800.00. leasing option on a payment was 125.00. Total cost upwards of 3000.00. it's nice the people who do not have the ability to purchase out right have an option, yet the overall cost is high.

We leased a Samsung dryer it works great . We decided to buy it. The man that installed our dryer was very knowledgeable and explained about any codes that I needed to look up in my owners manual. I would definitely go back to them for another purchase. Connie was awesome in explaining the contract and setting up our delivery and payment program. Thank again great team work at the Plainfield location.

Was promised to have a washer and dryer delivered today between 4-7pm. Took time off work (work in healthcare) to be here during those full hours. Still at 10:25pm, no call and no washer and dryer. And of course no one answers the phone. Not even sure what to do now. #lostfaithinaarons

I have rented to own have purchased a bed,recliner and a tv dealt with RAC a few times and I can honestly say RAC can't even come close to Arrons great staff and will do what it takes to make sure you keep your st uff if you get in a pickle keep up theawsome job you guys are GREAT!!!!

Man Idc what anyone Else Says about them But I bought a Computer and a Washer and Dryer from them and Michelle the Manager hooked me up...Now about a week into the lease on my Computer it started acting up and so forth took it in and got a free loaner...well got home and the loaner is doing the same thing...She took care of me and hooked me up with a totally different loaner..So if u Take care of them they take care of you...

I would have given this zero stars if it wasn't for the great customer service from Grace. She completely saved a train wreck of a situation and did it with everything that is her name - grace. She was very kind, patient, understanding, and most importantly able to communicate everything I needed to know as a customer in a very simple way to understand. I'm not going to bash anyone, but a few people could learn on how to deal with customers from Grace! She's an All Star!

The ONLY reason i am giving this company a star is because i have to. The General manager for the Aarons in Plainfield store Shameeka, ruined my experience with this company. I do not even know how she became in the position she is in. She is VERY RUDE. Does NOT have good customer service skills. If you do not have any other option but to use this store ask to speak to Mark he is the only one in that store i would give any credit to. Shameeka did not give me ALL the proper information at the time i signed my rental agreement, she REFUSED to give me the # of her boss after i requested it because she was screaming at me over the phone. Her exact words were "you have a problem with me you can speak to me,you don't need to speak to my boss" i then said "well you can't fire yourself" she responded " they ain't never going to fire me". I contacted the corporate office and spoke with the regional manager Ben for that area. After this being Shameeka's 3 time being unprofessional towards me i made the decision to have Aaron's come pick up my washer and dryer that i no longer wanted to do business with this company. This is the second washer and dryer i have purchased through this store and i have ALWAYS worked with Mark. When i requested to speak with anyone but her she refused. I would rather go to the laundry mat every week then have to deal with the unprofessional rudeness of Shameeka. I hope this review will open the eyes of the regional managers of the company and those in the corporate office and they can handle it as necessary. I feel so disrespected by Shameeka that i actually have 3 family members that rent from this store and 4 friends that rent from this store and they will be contacting Aaron's within the next week to have what they are renting picked up just so they don't get treated the same way. I will be also contacting the Better Business Bureau to make them aware of the way Shameeka is treating costumers. If you want to be treated unfairly, disrespectfully and unprofessionally i would stop in to the Aarons in Plainfield and ask for Shameeka the "General Manager".
