We purchased a rather high dollar mattress and adjustable frame for my snoring husband with back issues. I have to say that there was no pressure and we went back in twice. My husband first who told him his issues and was shown multiple options. Than he hauled me in me to help make a decision. We could not have had better service from Michael and Stephanie. They truly know what they are doing and aren’t “pressure” salespeople. In fact, they actually gave us many options from high, medium, to least expensive. We have have had our last BeautyRest mattress for 20 years so I know they are a quality mattresss and I did end up purchasing the high end mattress with a 900 adjustable frame. Surprisingly, it’s coming tomorrow which was another plus because we thought with all the Covid shipping issues it would take some time. If your looking for friendly, informative, and no pressure pushing salespersons than I highly suggest Michael and Stephanie. They are a wonderful team and we were lucky to get a few perks because it was Labor Day. Yes, we spent about $5k however I have bought 4-5 mattresses over the last 4 yeasts and none Jane stood up to a year. Stick with beautyrest. A tried and true brand that has last us for 20+years and you will not be disappointed with your service from Michael and Stephanie. Kudos for a greet working and friendly team!

Today I went into mattress firm because I’m moving and needed a new mattress. I have to say I am so impressed with my visit. Michael (Stockton California) was professional, friendly and courteous. Went above and beyond to help me. I didn’t even have room measurements. I was completely unprepared. He also had a lot of knowledge about the type of mattress that would work best for me based on the things I told him. But he let me try so many mattresses and didn’t seem the least bit bothered. I still had a few extra steps and I drove home and measured my room. After a few more text messages to Michael asking for more advice I finally made the purchase. He went way above and beyond in my opinion as far as customer Service. Great store!! Great guy ! And I felt completely satisfied with my purchase. . Also , it’s almost Labor Day and the sale they are having saved me a fortune. My queen size mattress is perfect and They are delivering to my house in 2 days. Doesn’t get much easier than that. Great selection too. I highly recommend them.

I just stopped by to ask about a frame for my new king bed , gosh wish I remembered the man’s name that helped me , he was so kind and showed me around the store , and wow do they ever have some beautiful beds , I did get a frame frame him and was able to put it together myself 😊 We will definitely come back there to buy our next bed !! Highly recommend this store !!!

Your company needs to offer the old fashioned box springs. Not the box springs that do not fluctuate or move. Box springs of old supported the mattress but also cushioned the mattress because they were springs encased within a perimeter of wire that moved with the mattress. By not providing these box springs, all your mattresses are to hard, and uncomfortable. Mike was very helpful, and informative which has caused my return to your store to purchase another mattress. I have noticed that Mike was very responsible in representing your company, and a plus for all concerned.
