Staff was friendly, transparent and professional. Along with my oil change, they also made sure my tires were full of air, my tires were rotated and everything else was in working order. I got an oil change, cost about $200. The service agreement they make you sign lists all of the services they will perform with your premium service, these included cleaning out your vehicle, airing the tires, vacuuming, and some other stuff, NONE of which they performed except the oil change itself. The lady at the counter was aggressively upselling everyone who came in. She was good at it, if repetitive. Overall, go somewhere else.

I have going to jiffy lube for about 3 years now and every time I go they either fit me in for a oil change or they get me right in. They are so awesome and very friendly.. I had a gentleman help my husband and I and it's nice to go somewhere that you can have a conversation with and leave with a smile.
