OMG!! The best customer service I have ever experienced. The customer representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. Jeffrey helped me understand every step of the way. He was very patient in explaining when I didn’t understand. I would so recommend my friends and family to come to the Georgetown Verizon Store and ask for him. He is AMAZING!!!

They lied to me and swindled me into buying iPhone I told him I price that I could pay him unless I said I needed everything included and then when I got my phone the next night and said I only had 10% of data left. I called them the and the girl I was dealing with just told me that she took away all of my data so my phone bill would be around $100. So I said I'm bringing everything back and I did. They manipulated me. Very poor business

I had the honor of getting help from a worker named Zach, with the horrible day that I was already having he was able to make it a lot better not only by helping me find the right phone and a new plan he lifted my spirits by giving me details about his past that related to my situation. This is the best customer service I have ever had & there is no doubt in my mind that I will be coming back to this location and asking for Zach’s help specifically.

I got my note 9 here on Black Friday, love the place and the atmosphere. It's very laid back, but the employees also take care of you to the fullest. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Finding a good Verizon store is like finding a good barber. And ladies and gents I have found the hidden gem, right here in Georgetown.

The employees here seem nice enough, but aren't very knowledgable when it comes to setting up phones. Prior to 2013, we had been with Verizon for 13-14 years before switching to AT&T. We decided to switch back this year because Verizon has better service. When we first switched, we were told that the activation fees would be dropped after the lady at the counter talked to corporate - called corporate a few days later for an unrelated issue and they informed us that that was something they could have done in store and corporate does not make the decision to drop the activation fees. Needless to say, the fees were never dropped. For the first month of switching, I switched my iPhone 6s from AT&T, I dropped calls and wouldn't receive texts from non-iPhone users until days later. People in the store at first refused to give me a new sim card although corporate believed that to be the issue. When that didn't work, I called corporate and we ended up having to reset my network settings - something they informed me should have been done in store the minute the employee heard the phone had been used on another network. Texts work great now, but I still drop calls like crazy - even when I'm in downtown Cincinnati and my mom's brand new iPhone 7 doesn't work on cellular data half the time and also drops calls - an issue we never had before with Verizon nor did we have with AT&T so long as our phones were showing decent reception. Every time we bring up an issue with our phones, the employees at the store immediately want to say, "Oh, well Apple sent out a bad phone." I've dealt with Apple customer service and they are fantastic about finding issues and resolving them - issues that they can't find with either phone and leads them to believe it is the network. Not to mention that I never had a single issue with my phone prior to switching. Honestly, if you're with another service, don't make the switch - or at least don't make the switch here. It has been a completely abysmal and nightmarish situation. This location has not only lost our business in their store, but also with Verizon as a whole - we will be speaking with AT&T about making the switch back.

Surprising when the only two employees, Rose and Jessa we're so busy but we're handled all the customers really friendly and I was so happy to explain that a landline was only $20 a month. I was able to finally get my mother's phone from Frontier at a rediculas price of $70 a month!! Glad I am getting an affordable cell phone, and service for my Mom.

This location has the nicest most helpful employees. They do what they can to answer all questions and help with any concerns the customer may have. And I love the fact that I don't have to out of my way to go into a Verizon store. Georgetown is very convenient for someone that lives in Felicity. I would recommend to anyone in the area, if they have or looking to go with Verizon to stop in and speak with Jessa or Rose!!! They are phenomenal!!

I took my father to this location to purchase a new cell phone. The phone we wanted was not in stock. We were told by the store manager that it would only take a couple of days to get it. After a week had gone by, she finally called to say the phone was in. I asked her if she would help him with the accessories, like screen protector and phone case, as I would not be able to come back when the phone came in. She said she would help him with everything he needed, because, she said "that's what we do". He came home with the phone and it has no screen protector or case. I think this store has some opportunities regarding customer service.

My advice would be to not buy a cell phone here, here’s why. This is an extremely disorganized business with really high turnover. I’ve experience nothing but horrible customer service and a bunch of broken promises. When I bought my cell phone from these guys I was promised a 20% discount on my bill. The salesperson took my employee ID and copied it and faxed it (supposedly). He said that I may not see the discount for a month, but not to worry, it’s been added. About 3 months later there still hasn’t been a discount added to my bill. Then 3 more months go by and still no discount. When I finally have time to call their location I get nothing but the run-around. They tell me, “Oh, we have nothing to do with that, you’ll have to call Verizon 800#.” Then I call the 800# and here’s the response I get, “No, we don’t do that, the place where you buy your cell phone does it.” I call the Verizon retailer back and insist they take care of it and after about 4 phone calls they add the discount to my bill, which should’ve been taken care of 6 months ago. Finally it gets done. Then I ask, “Well what about the 6 months the discount was supposed to be added to my bill.” “Oh that’s not something I can approve, you’ll have to talk to the manager about that.” I say, “Fine have him call me.” 2 more days go by, no call. I call back, “Hey what’s the deal?” Of course no one knows why I’m calling and the guy who took my call obviously didn’t pass along the message. Finally after 3 phone calls I get a hold of the manager, after 2 long conversations he promises me a discount on my next bill. And when the bill comes…..no discount. I call the retailer back, “Oh he doesn’t work here anymore.” “Fine, I want the regional account manager to call me.” After 2 more messages like that I still have never heard from the regional account manager and never got the discount I was due and every time I call back I have to explain the situation like it’s the first time. Obviously if the regional account manager doesn’t care about one customer, he doesn’t care about any, save yourself the headache and just DON’T SHOP HERE.
