Firstly, I want to say the furniture in this place is beautiful. Initially when I walked in I was happily greeted by a young man named Emmanuel. He was extremely kind with an open ear to what I was looking for. I communicated with him my price range and he gracefully respected that window for me and gave me some great furniture options to choose from. I really appreciated the way he conducted business so I told him I would return to make a purchase. I went back to make my purchase and as expected Emmanuel was professional and very understanding to my financial situation. He did everything in his power to give me a great price on my bedroom set and I am expecting it for delivery in a few days 🙌🏽☺️🛏🙏🏽 Definitely five stars! The furniture and the customer service! I will furnish my entire new apartment with Good Deals! 👏🏽👏🏽 Thank you Emmanuel for being so kind to me God bless!

Silvia was my salesperson. She was great! I found a couch that I loved!! She spent lots of time with me as we even searched for a love seat or chairs that I had envisioned. I was looking for a particular color, style fabric..Though we didn’t find that, we bought a beautiful couch and marble dining room table, and she helped me get a great price. I ended up buying chairs somewhere else. But, I came back the next day to buy the matching marble end table. She was awesome!!

Best decision ever!! Love Love Love my new sofa sectional!! Store experience was great working with Silvia, being I changed my selection three times!! 😂 (Hard to decide; so many choices)👀 She is very nice and lots of patience ! 🤣 Eli and Ricardo my delivery guys were professional, courteous and quick !! Delivery was between time stated by way of text message. Even sent message when they were 10 minutes away!! Made sure everything was working before leaving and made sure no trash or debris was left behind! Very good workers and very nice young guys !! Can't wait for my next purchase!! (It's already selected !!) 😂

Ricardo & Eli were also very helpful during the moving process. Both were courteous and respectful. Everything was installed professionally and quickly.

Bought a bed explained several times we need the whole set up she had nothing. Asked a few times is this including the frame. When the bed was delivered no frame. Delivery guys were great! But sales person appears to play games. Poor sales tactics. My daughter needed a lot of furniture and we shopped else where. When we buy something we want all of it not part of it. If you buy a couch do you expect the cushions??

Definitely 5 stars business. To start with, we (my wife, my 13 years daughter, and I) were greeted by a smiling face, Adriana. She did not force us to must buy something, or buy this or that. Showed us some queen bed frames sets, we talked among ourselves, talked back to Adriana, and we bought the item. The manager, I forgot his name, was a cool dude, and showed us that he wanted our business, and asked us if he could help. He did help us and we gave them business. The item was shipped the item 3 days later, assembled it, and we are happy. I must say that the two young handymen, Eli and Ricardo, were very professional and customer friendly, did clean job, and left in 30 min. I was impressed by the handymen customer services. Good people all around, quality furniture, and very reasonable prices.

Went in earlier this week indecisive and at a cross road of what I wanted in regards to getting couches and thanks to Silvia she made the process super easy for me. I gave her a description of what the color scheme to my house were and left the same day with the most amazing sectional that fits perfectly in my home! Thank you to Silvia and the amazing deal I was able to get. If your in need of new furniture, mattress and/or appliances I highly recommend this place. Don’t forget to ask for Silvia!!!!
