Would not even give 1 star. Nothing but crooks. They don’t put your promotion in correctly and make you call in every month to get a discount I’m sure hoping you will give up. Then they change and say you have to come in the store every month in order to get discount. Not everybody has time or even wants to make time for that. Customer service gives you the runaround as well. When contract is up I will be done with AT&T as well as their dish service

Morgan Sanger at the South Broadway ATT store in Lexington Kentucky took such great care of us and I will highly recommend ATT to my friends and family and everyone because of her! She was so helpful and we are also so happy with ATT and our new phones! She was extremely professional and also fun to work with and uplifting and made our experience so pleasant! We are very happy customers and so happy we switched to ATT!

First went to the AT&T store next to Target on Nicholasville Rd and there was an hour wait so ran to the one on Harrodsburg Rd and there was not a single person in the store and was waited on as soon as I stepped in the store. I was able to get right in and get a new phone. Morgan was very helpful and patient with all my questions. DON’T GO to the Nicholasville rd location unless you want to wait forever… GO TO Harrodsburg rd location!!!!!

The at&t store was awesome. The young lady that help me was trying someone new she was very good at her instructions. She respected me and was able to fix my phone without any trouble. Best help I have had in long time. Thank you Sandra Flynn

The sales associate, Fred, was awesome! He helped upgrade my plan and 2 phones and made it a very smooth transaction. I highly recommend Fred at the South Broadway location as your go to person.

Upgrading to a new phone: We were told we would receive $700 toward my old phone paid as statement credit. We have 2 weeks to return the old phone.. When we got home there was no paperwork in the bag...no mail return info and no receipts. We called the local store. We were told we had to bring the old phone back to the local store and a manager would look at the phone and determine much much they would give me for the phone. TOTALLY different. Still working with them to get it straightened out. But we don't see much progress.

AT&T needs to provide this store with more resources. The assistant manager, Rachel, was excellent! This location only has one functioning computer which causes delays for processing but that didn't stop Rachel from providing the best customer service, not only to me but to everyone that came in after me and those who were being assisted by other employees. Give her store more attention, AT&T.

I was helped by associates, Rachel and Kimberly. Both girls were kind and handled my needs well. Very tech savvy and extremely knowledgeable about the issues I was experiencing with my iPhone. I will definitely be back to see them!

I went there twice in two days to change my phone over from Verizon. The first day they were just some technical issues with my end, so I had to go back again today. The service is great. They're very patient and took the time to make sure everything was done right. I appreciated all their help. I wish I remembered the names of the two people that helped me. They were great!
