10 Best cell phone store in Lexington, Kentucky (KY) 2024

Took my phone in to get the 3 camera lens fixed with the price being $85. Definitely got a refund for the botched camera lens that they put on my phone. Called phone repair in Lexington downtown and there only charging $50 including labor!!! Definitely recommend that place. They will have the right parts for you and have your phone looking just right. Screw this place :( ~Javier

Would not even give 1 star. Nothing but crooks. They don’t put your promotion in correctly and make you call in every month to get a discount I’m sure hoping you will give up. Then they change and say you have to come in the store every month in order to get discount. Not everybody has time or even wants to make time for that. Customer service gives you the runaround as well. When contract is up I will be done with AT&T as well as their dish service ~Bunny

Robyn is fantastic!!! I was so lucky to get her when I went in. She is so helpful and took her time while my 15,000 pictures uploaded to my new phone. She's one of the sweetest people I have ever met. We are so happy with our new service that works on our farm! I purchased an unlocked smartphone off of Amazon and had connectivity problems. Went to an ATT store on my way home after work. I don't remember his name but the ATT customer service guy greeted me as soon as I entered. When I explained my issue we went to a table and resolved it within 10 minutes. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Good representative for ATT. No charge for a new sim card that I needed or for his diagnosis of the problem. ~Larry

Superb service and A+ personnel. My daughter and I had new computers assembled, and they helped us the whole way! They were patient with my multitudes of questions, very knowledgeable and personable. We are very pleased with the end product as well as the tech help afterward while getting the new computers set up. They even helped tune up our older laptops to run better! We now know where to go for tech help, and we'll be referring everyone to Tech Space! ~Starr

I visited this T-Mobile location on Friday, June 3. This was after a less than stellar experience at the Georgetown, KY Kroger Plaza location. The associate that helped me was Brady. I knew what I wanted going in but the phone I had settled on was not in stock. Brady let his store manager know and then the store manager set out to find me the phone I was looking for somewhere in Lexington. He did find it at another location and then he went and picked it up for me so that I could leave with what I wanted. The staff here remained cooperative and apologetic for my wait but I was seriously impressed with how they bent over backwards to fulfill my requests. This was, hands down, the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. ~Shane

Rude disrespectful employees... No professionalism and unwilling to help a customer. Then blame their problem on the customer. Delores and Chris have major attitude problems and need some customer service training. They also tried to steal my trade in phone and not apply my promotion. They can't even get the paperwork right and do their jobs correctly.. Thankfully the other Hamburg TMobile store that used to be a Sprint store fixed everything for me.
