Terrible experience! After driving across town during crazy traffic, as work was letting out everywhere. Just to find the AT&T store located in TATES CREEK CENTER, not Richmond Road, in Lexington doors where locked 2 hrs before closing time, as I double checked on the door. Very frustrating and very unprofessional as you could tell by looking through the glass it appeared that there was someone in the back room and the showroom definitely was not shut down.

Went in due to various e mails sent to me saying I could trade in my Samsung phone for a free upgrade. Once getting in the store, was told my Samsung Galaxy J7 didn't qualify. Bait and switch!

I was offered help for 15 seconds by the Manager, then she left the store for the day to end her shift and we sat without help for 45 minutes afterwards. Complete let down.

I purchased an unlocked smartphone off of Amazon and had connectivity problems. Went to an ATT store on my way home after work. I don't remember his name but the ATT customer service guy greeted me as soon as I entered. When I explained my issue we went to a table and resolved it within 10 minutes. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Good representative for ATT. No charge for a new sim card that I needed or for his diagnosis of the problem.
