Best telecommunications service provider in Lexington, Kentucky (KY) 2024

Would not even give 1 star. Nothing but crooks. They don’t put your promotion in correctly and make you call in every month to get a discount I’m sure hoping you will give up. Then they change and say you have to come in the store every month in order to get discount. Not everybody has time or even wants to make time for that. Customer service gives you the runaround as well. When contract is up I will be done with AT&T as well as their dish service ~Bunny

Robyn is fantastic!!! I was so lucky to get her when I went in. She is so helpful and took her time while my 15,000 pictures uploaded to my new phone. She's one of the sweetest people I have ever met. We are so happy with our new service that works on our farm! We had terrible service through tmobile that didn't work at all and now we have amazing service! So so happy. Thank you Robyn! You rock! ~Amanda

I purchased an unlocked smartphone off of Amazon and had connectivity problems. Went to an ATT store on my way home after work. I don't remember his name but the ATT customer service guy greeted me as soon as I entered. When I explained my issue we went to a table and resolved it within 10 minutes. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Good representative for ATT. No charge for a new sim card that I needed or for his diagnosis of the problem. ~Larry
