Superb service and A+ personnel. My daughter and I had new computers assembled, and they helped us the whole way! They were patient with my multitudes of questions, very knowledgeable and personable. We are very pleased with the end product as well as the tech help afterward while getting the new computers set up. They even helped tune up our older laptops to run better! We now know where to go for tech help, and we'll be referring everyone to Tech Space!

Best PC repair shop I've dealt with in a long time. I have occasion to deal with PC shops for a variety of reasons. Many are hard to deal with but not Kyle at Tech Space. He repeatedly provided service other shops could not and went out of his way to please the customer.

I have used Tech Space for several years now for all my family's computer and phone service needs. Kyle, Abby and the rest of the staff are terrific. Most recently I had a complete computer catastrophe--they were able to unravel the problem, suggest solutions, and implement the solutions so when I got my computer back it was not only fixed but improved! They kept me informed each step of the way and gave me all the options to decide what was best. And the cost was very reasonable. I heartily recommend Tech Space!

I had a small hardware issue with my laptop so I called in, they said they weren’t 100% sure if they could fix it. I went in and they proceeded to fix it in 2 minutes and didn’t charge me. Super friendly staff! EDIT* I had to go back a second time for something unrelated to the first issue and Kyle was super friendly and helpful. He was able to order parts quickly and have them arrive promptly as well. The issue was resolved within 24 hours of Kyle receiving my laptop and now everything is working perfectly! 10/10 would recommend TechSpace

I had a problem when my cat knocked my iPhone out of my hand and it hit my hardwood floors. The cat is so spoiled that if you’re not paying attention to her she will make sure you do. I picked my phone up and the back glass was cracked. Apple doesn’t exactly make it easy to replace the back glass on there devices. I looked online and on YouTube to watch videos of how to do the back glass replacement and decided it was a bad idea for me to try myself. I started looking for places around town that would actually attempt the repair. What I found out is that some places will do it, but don’t really want to. A couple places wanted to charge to replace the whole housing on the phone which was going to cost over $200. Then I landed on Tech Space who said they would do it by replacing the back glass and the price was absolutely great. I dropped my phone off to them yesterday at 10 AM and it was ready by 12 just as they stated. I got my phone back looking brand new. If you crack the glass on your newer iPhones this is the place to go. They’re cheaper than anyone else in town and the work they do is immaculate. Thank you all because we all know having iPhones that are cracked is terrible 🤣

Shout out to Kyle for quick turnaround on diagnosing and repairing my iPhone. No pressure to replace the phone, just a pleasant and personable diagnosis. Previously Tech Space replaced a hard drive on our PC, and was able to retrieve all data, all at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I went to Tech Space to get my phone screen fixed. They did an amazing job fixing my phone. Kyle was the person who helped me with my phone. I greatly appreciate Tech Space! The staff in the store was so helpful and supper friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I am in Lexington for a week for work. I had some free time so I decided to finally fix my broken iPhone screen. Kyle was awesome. I contacted him via email for a quote. After a couple email exchanges, all my questions were answered. He even pre-assembled the screen before I got there so I wouldn't have to wait long. He was very thorough, explained everything to me. He did sell me a tempered glass screen protector and case (added an extra $30 but well worth it), but I was planning on purchasing one anyway. Very happy with my service and the quality. Highly recommend!
