Went there to get a new phone for my mom and aunt and transfer my number to an unlocked. Was told by the associate that the system was down gor all metro stores and I should come back an hour later. As me and my mom got in my suv we notice that the same associate sale and activate their new phones. We went to the one on new circle and we asked if her system was down and she said no. She was able to help us and we no problems.

The customer service wasn't very reassuring. Paid more than i thought i should have. What was said to be free really wasn't. And no such thing as a free phone.
