Ordered 2 tacos and an order or churros. Waited 13 min, no one in drive thru, I was the only person inside the store for that time and there were 4 or 5 employees working. Demanded my money back and then they tell me they have my tacos ready but not my churros. Still told them to give me my money back. Never coming to this location. Just gonna give del taco my money instead. Faster and friendlier staff.

Horrible. I went to pay with a gift card at the drive thru and the manager comes and says his device isn’t taking the gift card. They don’t have the ability through the drive thru. I asked if he could do the order from the front and pay on that computer. He said sure you can come in. I then asked if he could just go type it on the other computer and charge it. You are telling me you can’t walk over to the front computer and retype my order and use it that way. His response “we are really busy” I just as not able to go in as I had my newborn with me in the back seat. All I wanted was a soda to get me through the day. How hard is it to get a soda.

They don't seem to follow how to make any of the food on the menu? They don't seem to ever have sourdough bread but don't say anything, they just give you the wrong bread..very odd.

Went to Jack in Box for lunch. Ordered their Chicken grilled salad it came with croutons and dressing fork and a knife. Really happy that they still have salads. All McDonald's don't have their good salads anymore. 😢 sad... Happy Jack in the box does.They have 3 or 4 varieties salads.... Yey!!!..😊🍲

Went through the drive-thru got hamburger fries and soda and some other tacos Vegetarian options: It's like all the other Jack in the box plenty of parking outside stater Brothers liquor store dental place the Dollar tree dog grooming several different stores in that parking lot Kid-friendliness: No kids allowed to her they say they make it too big of a mess Just kidding just Jack in the box they could go inside Parking: Planty of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Yes Dietary restrictions: Yes

Employees weren’t even wearing gloves while handling food. Masks seem to be required for employees but were worn under the chin. I understand masks aren’t comfortable to wear all day but you’re breathing your spit all over peoples’ food and not wearing gloves after handling money is appalling. Then they have music playing so loudly that it can be heard as soon as you enter the drive-thru. This seems to be worse in the morning.

I asked for 2 #14 which is the tenders not nuggets and look what I got a #15 on the menu the lady with tattoos was very rude and mad. Had bad service and ontop got the wrong order.

Of all that can be messed up about fast food, the mossy upholding thing is, in my opinion, upon ordering a oreo shake, I was given a beverage straw, by the attendant. Now these types of shenanigans are very much of the type that require more attention to detail. Or potentially making a uniform straw that can accommodate both perhaps?
