Booking online was super easy, I went to pick up our rental the day before we went out of town so we would have time to pack. The customer service was outstanding. Quick pick up and drop off when we returned. Will def be renting again from these guys. Thank you for the amazing job you do and making sure your customers are happy!

Alamo said I could go to enterprise for a swap out the car didn't sound right but they wanted me to pay more the I would get from them and that should of never happened

I was very disappointed because I was made to wait for an hour while my vehicle was getting cleaned. I watched at least 5-6 other people come and go, leaving with their rented vehicles while I still waited. The staff was very friendly. Once I got my vehicle I still had some cleaning issues in the inside of my vehicle, but was compensated for that. For the most part I would return for business....everyone has a bad day!

We reserved a car for 9am (which is when they open) and when we showed up to pick it up at 9:50am they said they gave it to someone else. A reservation apparently doesn't mean anything at Enterprise. Beware.

I was very impressed with all the young employees working together and being polite with all the customers. Even though there was a small mishap with my rental being ready, they worked very quickly to get me on my way. I will definitely recommend them and will be going back for my next trip.

I made a reservation over a week in advance online, and called to confirm a day ahead of my trip that a car would be available. Confirmation number digitally, and a verbal confirmation over the phone. When I arrived to pick up my car, the doors to the building were locked - during regular business hours. There were multiple people returning cars who were confused since at this location you must return the keys to a staff member. After knocking and walking around the building, one employee came out and took the keys from folks returning, and told me no cars are available. They had already let someone else rent the car I had reserved, and they were unable to offer either car being returned because they can't be cleaned until Monday. Even then, they may not be available for me. I left disappointed and carless. Absolutely would not recommend.

I called in 2 days before to make a reservation for a rental. When I arrived there, I was told there were no cars available. Enterprise could of called me and let me know so I could of been looking for a rental elsewhere. Enterprise you lost my business! 😡😡😡

Everything was great, they picked me up right on time & the driver was friendly and professional. Everyone at the office was very nice and walked me through the process and got me out quickly. The car was nice and clean and drove great. They checked me out quickly and had me back home in no time. On a scale of 1-10 they get a 10+ from start to finish.
