Rude disrespectful employees... No professionalism and unwilling to help a customer. Then blame their problem on the customer. Delores and Chris have major attitude problems and need some customer service training. They also tried to steal my trade in phone and not apply my promotion. They can't even get the paperwork right and do their jobs correctly.. Thankfully the other Hamburg TMobile store that used to be a Sprint store fixed everything for me. They still care about the Sprint customers...

Called to ask some questions an salesperson Caitlin answered, From the beginning she had a rude tone to her voice. I told her she dident sound to enthusiastic to answer my questions an she said sorry I’m not jumping up an down. I never expected her to jump up an down I just wanted my questions answered. She’s rude an needs fired before talkin to anyone else the way she done me .

They are liars and cheats, they depend on peoples ignorance of phone plans so they can screw you out of money if you dont know any better!...ELKHORN OFFICE IS LIARS CHEATERS AND TRASH...ITS ALL A SCAM BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!...Been loyal customers for years just for them to attempt to steal 1000$ from myself for an upgrade that im eligible for....T-Mobile just lost 4customers!..

Be careful when switching to T-Mobile. Salesperson Caitlin at this location told my wife and I that our new Galaxy S20 phones were buy one get one free. This was a recent promotion they had and the reason we chose T-Mobile. We were told that the promotion was still active and I specifically asked about this because at the time it was worth it to switch from Sprint. I received the first bill and thought, it was a little high but with some of the new transfer fees whatever. Second bill came and it is more expensive than I was told by Caitlin. Turns out, our phones were not buy one get one free, it was only $1000 off. CAITLIN HAD LIED TO US!!! I called the location and, SHOCKER, she denies all of it. But what I found interesting was that she didn't even ask who was calling... Funny how she didn't know who was calling but was quick to say it wasn't true. CAITLIN, YOU ARE A LIAR AND I REALLY DONT APPRECIATE YOU LYING TO GET A SALE!!! I will be stopping by tomorrow to speak with your manager.

Had to wait over 20 minutes to speak to someone. Then they want around a 40% down payment on a phone. I've never paid anything down on a phone other than sales tax. Will not be back. Problems with their merger with Sprint....STAY AWAY....

i have had so MANY problems with this store. not everyone that works there is bad. but they have a manager that is dressed in regular clothes i didn't even know he worked there, everyone else was wearing a t mobile shirt. on April 4, 2015 they let someone that i sent to pay a bill for me into my account. i told them to pay it in the kiosk machine.at the time i didn't know they had removed the kiosk machine. the manager started raising his voice at me, i had to call 611 three times in one hour. then the manager had to speak to them on my phone, while he was on the phone with 611 he was rolling his eyes, he even put the phone down while the representative was talking to him. they let someone else in my account which is not right what so ever. ever time i go they ask me for ID but then they let another person that i sent there in my account without my permission. no one is on my account so no one should have gotten in to it. they basically don't want to admit their wrong doing. the lady on 611 was very very nice to me, and she made up the mistake that this store did. she had to credit my account for $60. the people at this store is very very rude. they lay across the counter, just lazy and don't want to get the job done. its like its a problem for them to help you. Bad Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS STORE. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE EVEN IF I HAVE TO DRIVE MILES AWAY TO ANOTHER STORE, I WILL NO LONGER GO TO THIS STORE. you wont get any problem solved here, once they sell you the phone, your on your own.
