Brady was amazing! Helped me get a new gs22!! And i enjoyed my check out experience! Keywon the store manager was so funny and polite! And junior was so cool!!! Memorable experience for sure!! This will always be my T-Mobile to go to!😊

I visited this T-Mobile location on Friday, June 3. This was after a less than stellar experience at the Georgetown, KY Kroger Plaza location. The associate that helped me was Brady. I knew what I wanted going in but the phone I had settled on was not in stock. Brady let his store manager know and then the store manager set out to find me the phone I was looking for somewhere in Lexington. He did find it at another location and then he went and picked it up for me so that I could leave with what I wanted. The staff here remained cooperative and apologetic for my wait but I was seriously impressed with how they bent over backwards to fulfill my requests. This was, hands down, the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time.

I received a text message from t-mobile saying I qualified for there smart phone equality program and I admit I was a little excited because what they offered seemed great 0 down no credit check for metro customers who made 12 months on time payments of which I clearly qualified. When I tried to take advantage of the plan I was given the run around and it the end was told I needed to have a credit check. I say all this to ask, for such a large and growing company why did they offer a bate and switch 🤔 3 hour on the phone trying see what the problem was in my qualifications were in which I passed, sham on t- mobile bing a new day rip off artist.

Great costumer service, very polite. I change the screen protector for my phone very often, sometimes because of cracks/scratches on the screen others because of the people who put the screen protector don’t take their time, & with time an air bubble appears on the corner of my screen which is annoying but Jessie the store manager does a great job just like Efrain. Nice experience!

Poor customer care experience. Tried to get switch to a promotion that we clearly qualify for. But no one at T-,Mobile is familiar with their own promotion and can't tell me why I don't qualify. I've talked with several reps 5 to be exact and 1 supervisor that can't help. But they have sent me 4 text messages about the program 😡😡😡😡
