Landscaping around front of building is horrible. Dead trees weeds all around trees and bushes. Just very unsightly example of a government building.

My Waffle house check didn't come in the mail since February. They also be in other people drive easy shifting through other people mail. Who drives a black pick up truck need to have a Meeting.

Do NOT trust this USPS. They will lose your package without fail. This is not a simple issue that just happens to me, but dozens of others. Avoid this place like the plague if you run an online shopping front of any kind.

Everytime I have important mail , it ends up missing. I believe the driver is taking mail and no accountability is held upon them. This is the 3rd time I have not received mail that is important. The first time I received my mail but I notice my IRS mail was sitting in the driver car on the window dash board and I confronted him about it. 2nd time I was informed of 8 mail pieces that were supposed to be delivered. I only received 7 pieces of mail and the 8th pieces was from the NC lottery and I never received it The 3rd time I was suppose to received my debit chime card in the mail and it was never received.it seems whenever important mail comes up it tends to go missing

I have had many chats with the Post Master General mostly about employment. One time sub knocked postal box off its post. I called the PMG & he said it would be taken care of & it was the very next day. Cashiers are wonderful also.

We are in a neighborhood with a community mail box station. All boxes are locked with package lockers. Our neighborhood is constantly doing mail and package exchanges as the USPS delivery in Clover can not get it right consistently. I will say though, the post master and office staff are kind and helpful in Clover even if delivery is lacking.

The worst! If they are delivering late and know a apartment complex office is closed,I don't understand why they can't either be brought to the apartment door or left in mailbox!?!?? There have been times where the package/envelope could fit!! Plain lazy! Also she's put my package/ envelope in the wrong mailbox twice! Just awful makes me consider moving. Lake Wylie needs it's own Post Office clearly.

I would give this post office no stars if I could. Not only do my items and mail not show up when they are supposed to, this post office lies about delivering things. Three times I have gotten a notification that a package was delivered to my front porch only to find that my item never arrived. This post office is marking things as arrived and clearly they haven't. I'm sure the items will show up tomorrow thrown carelessly on the ground as always. Way to go.
