Went to Ballantyne post office and stood in a line that did not move for 30 minutes before I left. Drive down to this little spot and got all my packages mailed off in under 15 mins. The BP guy handled the transaction. Put the priority mail stickers on just like at the Ballantyne post office. No line. Easy to find parking. Even got cheaper SC gas while I was there. If my packages don’t get there, I’ll update this review.

Staff was u helpful and rude. Couldn’t figure out how to weigh my package and when the lady determined it wouldn’t work she said “nope, so bye!” Seems like I was interrupting their card game! I’ll stick the the actual post office.

This is a form of USPS postal place inside of the gas station. Never a long line and people are nice. Not as knowledgeable as the post office but it is just a portion of what they do. If you want UPS, there is an actual UPS with in a block to the north. I use this place to avoid long lives and avoid the drive all the way to Fort Mill post office. They better hours and lack of line over the Fort Mill Post office.

This is a post office in a gas station??? Google said open til 7pm. It's not. I just wanted to mail a letter and a clerk said they can't take it. Don't bother trying to come here. Looks like a lot of stuff would get lost in the shuffling mess...

I get messages from usps I have mail and 2-4 days later I get it in my mailbox. Sometimes it’s longer! What is the problem????

Very small post office, centered in the side of the gas station, but they can handle a lot of services. The staff was very pleasant and was easy to deal with. They can even do priority mail. They also have long hours from 7:00 am to 7:00 Monday through Friday and close at 6:00 on Saturday.

USPS stole my passport with my US Visa have been a week of this, and I still have no answer. I have been under a lot of stress because of this situation and I hope you fix this out... I already call the police and my consulate... This is horrible! It is supposed to take my flight this Monday but of course that will be not possible.

it’s a post office inside the gas station. no queue obviously. easy to drop a package. there is also a UPS store close to it but this is definitely a USPS facility....

horrible service! mail person careless and sloppy doing his/her job. I had a neighbor bring me this package found on the street all messed up. I will take this complain to the further legal actions
