One of my mail persons never picks up the packages that I schedule to go out. She can walk all the way to my porch to drop off a package but never takes the package I have going out. I have scheduled the pick up and rescheduled and rescheduled and still doesn't pick it up. I'm so over it

It closes earlier at 4pm makes it very hard for people who work to get their packages especially when they refuse to redeliver your packages to your home been trying to get my package of perishable food since valentine's day this is ridiculous

These people are so rude !!!! It has taken me three months to receive my mail and this isn’t the first time I have had problems with this post office I called there this morning and got hung up on and the mail carrier yelled at me and was talking rudely about me in the back ground !!!!! And when I said I could hear her she said good I want you to hear me !!!! Rude terrible service all those people need to be fired !!!!!!! Showing incompetence on a new level !!!!!

love the crew here. its a small town with and town pride and the crew ay our local postal office fits right in. with their courtesy, pleasant smiles and willingness to help make sure you package reach its final destination. last year Christmas my daughter got lost in Orlando FL.. my local postmaster went the extra mile to help locate my daughter Christmas gift. he made call after call weekly to Orlando's postal service office. he went as far as exchanging personal contact info so he could keep me updated. After about 3- 4 weeks of calls my daughter finally got her Christmas gift. thanks to effort of my local post office crew.
