The drivers for this branch are notorious for placing obviously precious and sometimes expensive packages at the front door without knocking. Do they not understand that people steal things? It's just a few feet away to the back door where packages would be much more secure. I know these drivers wouldn't leave their own packages at the front door of their own houses. I give this place 2 stars because the workers inside the building are very nice and helpful. The drivers need to provide better customer service and they need to treat packages like they would their own.

Driver refused to deliver package instead marked "held at office customer requested" when I never requested that, of course I paid you to deliver it to me so thats what i expect. Got a phone call from a rude woman and she told me the carrier might deliver it tomorrow if she feels like it.

Awesome staff. The first clerk did not know exactly how to solve my issue so found the person that they knew could help. And they figured out what I needed to do to get my mail to the right place. We had become homeless and needed to make sure mail got sent where it needed to.

They keep losing my checks / settlements / important government mail. It’s always something with the mail. Always putting my neighbors mail in my box and I have to stick it in their door for them . I’ve seen other peoples checks on the ground by the boxes. The most janky drivers always seen deliver in my neighborhood.

My mail is being stolen . I’ve had 5 settlements since 2021 that never made it to my box and no one at the post offices “knows” where they could be . They show up as coming a particular date on my informed delivery but some how NEVER make it my mailbox !!!!!

I have never had service as bad as here. We live in a neighborhood that has mailbox clusters, one stop for mail carrier. EVERY DAY, we are posting on our neighborhood fb page looking for our mail/packages. We are having to carry mail to neighbors that we find in our box. And no one cares. One carried was dumping her cigarette butts cup on our street in front of our boxes. She got caught.

Says that packages are delivered and aren’t actually there. Then it takes days for them to handle a mistake they made in few seconds of not paying attention to detail as their job. Not even helpful at all cause how do you know if someone’s package is needed for that day.

tried to call them to see if my package was still there to be picked up after they couldnt deliver due to an insufficient address but the number doesnt even work.

I've had multiple poor experiences with this branch, but just recently I was left a notice at my door that I "wasn't home" when they tried to deliver a package that required a signature. I work from home and never heard the doorbell ring. They didn't even attempt to let me know they were here. Now I have to go out of my way to pick it up from the post office.

3 times in a row, my packages were “held at the post office at request of the customer”, when I never told anybody to hold anything. Lazy drivers can’t bring the packages to the door? Why lie and put it at fault of the customer? Horrible horrible service. And now I have to go out of my way, to go and look for my package, after paying this company to deliver it to me.
