Installer came to install an OTC microwave oven. Was courteous and professional but did not complete the task - advised that per XPO rules prevented from drilling through a marble backsplash. After I had this done, rescheduling the service took 3 weeks - they need to provide contact info on the email. For the 2nd trip two installers came on schedule, were also courteous and professional. They completed the install in less than 30 minutes. Overall, I was pleased with the service - wish it could have been scheduled quicker.

XPO Logistics delivery easy. The drivers were courteous and efficient. Best part is thinking I would be waiting for the delivery for the 4 hour window, Instead they were there at 9, and gone in 20 minutes. Leaving me time to run other errands on my day off. Very Pleased.😀

They delivered a 200lb Ping Pong Table to my work, came right to the door and carefully brought it inside, all this in the rain. The communication was great, it came on time. Great Job!

Please fix the ac in the vehicle for your employees. Working in the south this is unacceptable. Delivery was great and professional otherwise! Yay new bed!!

Two memebers of the XPO team came and setup my Tonal home gym. Very professional and excellent service. Didn't take very long and they gave me a quick tutorial about how to setup an account, how to link phone, ect. Thanks and I can't wait to use it!

Very pleased with their professionalism and patience. I didn’t pay for instal but didn’t realize that meant I would be with out the plug attachment, they where kind enough to get me the attachment off my old dryer and didn’t even complain. They were super nice, super quick and very efficient. Also careful not to damage anything while removing the old dryer from the house. Highly recommend!

Upon purchase of my Peloton Tread, I was informed I'd receive a call the day before confirming my installation window and then another call when they were 30 minutes out. Although I got a 10 minute call, I was ready. And they came earlier than expected which was great for me. The guys brought everything in, assembled the tread, walked me through calibration and set up. They even gave me tips about moving the tread and what to do if I plan to move. I can't wait to do my first class on my own tread. Thank you XPO!
