Terrible service. My home delivery often passed by delivery person. Today my post box has its flag up all day. Its 5:30pm and no delivery.....bad service

Uneducated mailman can't tell the difference between 1102 and 1002. Constantly misdeliver packages. Terrible service

The only reason I'm giving one star instead of zero is because I can't rate them lower. The employees (I could point out the particular ones that have been unpleasant towards me) are always borderline rude, unpleasant, and brash. All I ever do is come in, drop off my few packages, and leave. I don't request anything extra or make things complicated, and I always have a pre-paid label. I'm quiet, wait in line, ask nicely for a receipt, say thank you, then walk out of any other USPS location.. Its a scan-and-go 30 second thing, but even this is too long for them to be nice apparently. I no longer go to this location to mail anything. I instead go to a nearby mailing center where everyone is always helpful and nice. I would rather drive 5 minutes further down the road than subject myself to any of the employees working at this USPS. I will say though that I've had ONE successful/normal experience here, but versus all the other negative experiences here, it doesn't hold any weight.

This is about parking. The employees take up mist of the parking and often there is no place to park. Either move to another location or buy adjacent land to expand. Expect more for my taxes not to mention I pay for a po box there

I NEVER review anything online, GOOD or BAD. It's just not my thing. So you know a service has to be pretty atrocious for me to take the time to write a review about a post office, nonetheless. However this particular "business" (a post office is technically a state sponsored corporation) is so awful, I am upset I can't give it less than 1 star. I can understand if the post office delivers your mail to the wrong address once or twice a year; or even twice every 6 months, I could deal with. Service like that would be satisfactory to me now due to the level of service I am now used to. These overpaid, lazy, tax hustling grifters that call themselves employees of the local post office can't seem to manage to deliver my mail from A to B without misdelivering something of mine at LEAST once a MONTH consecutively for 5 months straight now. If it weren't for my neighbor down the street who is kind enough to return my mail that they recieve I would never see the majority of my mail. How on earth do these people have jobs? What kind of organization would continue to allow blantantly incompetent people to work for them....Oh wait, the federal Government would, NVM.

Clean and simple post office for dropping off mail. I would give it 5 stars but they had a long line at 9:50am, I guess it's a busy time...?

Gone are the days of neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds. Now days, it's...maybe I'll deliver your mail and packages and maybe I won't. This post office has steadily gone down hill. Complaints to the Postmaster go unresolved. But, I guess thats the perks when you're a government employee. Maybe one day this post office will care about representing themselves honorably to our town.

Multiple times the mail carrier will take the time to fill out a "sorry we missed you" form rather than driving down a 200 ft driveway to deliver a package. Causing me to go to the post office next day.

Because I did not like the mail carrier driving through my grass so that she didn't have to get out of the vehicle she could open my delivery can from her car window I complained about it. And I also complained about her giving the dog treats. So basically what they did to me was give me the finger. And now they will not deliver anything to me I have to go to the post office to pick up all packages that will not fit in my mailbox. And what tops it off is I have a medical condition that I should not be going around people often. I have been sick with this condition two times this year which puts me in the bed for a week and a half. Amazon has started using the United States postal service to ship more items and that's the way I get a lot of things is from Amazon. I have a video that shows her driving through the grass and dropping the package.👎☹️

I have been waiting for a package forever and a day, I've lived at my address for 20 plus year's a package came for me but something was a little off with my address, instead of holding it there for me to come get they told me it was never there at all period. Well tracking from USPS said other wise. I have proof. Why didn't they hold my mail I saw it was there. 3 of them including the supervisor of the mail room denied it. They sent it back to the seller the same day. It was a stunning piece which meant a lot to mE. I'm heart broken the seller refunded my money which is not at all what I wanted. I wanted my package. Just really confused as to why they wouldn't hold it a day or 2.
