What an awesome staff this AutoZone has (shoutout to Gabrielle and all the friends there)! They helped me with my turn signal lights and went above and beyond checking all the other lights as well! The turn signal lights I did need to switch were also a very reasonable price. Couldn't have done it without them!

Not sure who this will apply to but I am a competitor of auto zone. I’ve never been surprised about customer service in any capacity. But to literally just pick up and then click the receiver so you don’t have to talk to someone? Freaking WOW. I hope no one else has had this issue but I’m floored it would happen at all. Called 4 times and finally got an answer. Such a terrible representation of a company and it’s morals. Good luck if you go to these people

My car broke down a couple of doors down. They were great .. Helped me by jumping my car, checked my battery and replaced it. Even gave me a courtesy discount. I was very thankful and they were super nice!!!!

Welcome to AutoZone where if you need a part they have the solution for you. I often frequent AutoZone because they are priced reasonably and the customer service tends to be decent when taking into account that they deal with people who often don't know what they're looking for. Every time I come to this location, I am promptly greeted and there are occasions when I am shopping and seem stuck then an associate will ask if I need help. AutoZone is definitely my favorite auto parts store to use because they have a great variety of brands, parts and tools to service your car. They offer free battery checkup, check out your warning lights on your car, loan you tools and you're able to recycle your used engine oil here or drop off a dead battery. With all of the free services they offer, the competitive prices and customer service, this AutoZone is hard to beat. I definitely recommend them to everyone who asks about car parts, oil, filters, batteries, miscellaneous items etc.

I wish I knew de the lady’s name who helped me modify a hose I needed. She was willing to help and not once did she make a rude comment. She tried to help me figure out how to fix it with what they had in the store.

Helpful staff. My car battery died one super cold morning. And I got stuck on the road. Made my way to nearby Autozone and got a new jump box and even got someone to look at my car and checkout my battery. It’s nice to go to a place with true customer service.

Went there yesterday to get a new battery and replacement wipers and was helped by a young man named Lem. Lem was very knowledgeable, very helpful and polite. It's nice to get great customer service especially nowadays where so many businesses have become transaction focused and not customer focused. Will definitely be coming back to this location for my future auto parts needs
