Tank helped me choose windshield wipers and other products and even replaced the wipers for me while giving me a how-to lesson. He explained the difference in quality and price and I upgraded. The difference was amazing, well worth the value. Thank you for the great product and service!

The young man by the name of Jerred says to be the commercial manager is quite rude and cocky. I will never shop there again as a commercial customer or a walk-in patron. This is the second time. The first, I said nothing, as people have bad days, but with this latest experience, it definitely sealed the deal. I will be sure to let this be known. I work at Oriellys. I went to AZ to order a part we could not get. Come into Oriellys across the street. I can Guarantee you that you will never be spoken to like that by ANY team member.

I came in looking for detailing items and/or detailing bucket specials. I had some questions that the first employee could not answer. I said thank you and was about to leave. From the BACK OF THE STORE (out of customer view) someone yelled up that he had some options for me,if I wouldn't mind waiting a moment. Enter Jarret. He comes running up with a couple different bucket options and armed with questions to help narrow it down. Turns out he is the new commercial manager !! If you go into most places, their commercial manager hides from the public. This guy is on point and actually PURSUED me, as a retail customer. Small world.... Enter Lake Wylie Euro... I returned later to buy a part in commercial for the shop. Since then we have done several transactions, a day, for the shop. If he hadn't been a team player, then I wouldn't have returned to give the business. He is even, currently, messaging me to ensure I have the correct part !!!! 5 stars all the way! SM and DM, you have the right guy!

Went to this store today at approximately 4:00 pm on Saturday, January 22nd, due to a dead Duralast Gold battery still under warranty. Jumped it off about a week ago, drove the Jeep no problem, came home, turned off the Jeep and attempted to crank it again, no luck. Most likely dead battery. So, I took the battery to the store today, they put the tester on, Manager on Duty states "It's not charged up." I explained what happened a week prior, to that he responds "We're not going to keep giving you batteries" in an accusatory tone, as if I've came in there previously looking for replacement batteries. I'll admit, how he came off with the condesending and sarcastic tone caused me to lose my cool. It caught me off guard and somewhat left me stunned. I informed him that this was the first battery and I'm certain the issue is the battery, he then continued to make comments thats were the exact opposite of custormer service, stating "You can infer all you want. Do you know what infer means?". I couldn't believe this kid, I then told him it would be best if he shut his mouth and complete the transaction. He looked at me, about to say something else, but then, wisely, he decided to go ahead and focus on the computer. His tone then changed into something slightly more appropriate and he went to get the battery, I took some deeps breaths while he was gone and once he returned, I apoligized for losing my temper, but explained to him that how he came off to me was inappropriate and not okay. Considering there are multiple auto part stores very close together in a small vicinity, I'll gladly spend my money at a different business, and make sure to inform others of the poor customer service and attitude from the "Manager on Duty" at this location.

Terrible Customer Service! Was in the store today purchasing some odds and ends when I noticed that they had Chevron Delo on sale. I grabbed two containers and went to check out. Clerk refused to honor the price that was tagged because “the computer wouldn’t let him”. No other explanation even after I walked back and took a picture of the tag to show him. Only response was “I’ll go remove the tag”. This is the last time I’ll shop at this store. I’ll take my business across the street to O’Reillys.
