My family has been buying from this Wendy's for the past 9 years and once was the best Fast Food restaurant in Lake Wylie. Sorry to say but now you have to deal with attitudes when simply ordering or asking for any ketchup or napkins and orders are incorrect. And forget asking any employee to fix their mistake. It's simply not worth the hassle nor money anymore. Hopeful one day this franchise owner(s) will take action.

Well I would say stay away from the breakfast here at least I got a honey chicken biscuit the biscuit was actually hard and crunchy and the chicken was tough you had to bite down and then pull to get a bite the restaurant was completely deserted which should have been a red flag but I was in a hurry so I ate there anyway and it was just utterly disgusting

Wish I could give it zero stars. The people that work at this Wendy's are the most incompetent employees I've ever experienced. Ordered at the drive through for no one to respond after placing the order, get around to the window and the kid working acted like he'd never seen a customer in his life. Had no idea what was even on their menu and asked 10 times what we wanted to order before we just decided to drive off. Don't ever waste your time going to this Wendy's, you'd be better off making your own burger or ice cream. Worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever.

Hands down the worst Wendy's in the United States. Staff is terrible. Mostly the night staff are extremely rude. Tried to get the new strawberry milkshake and was rudely told they didn't have any so we got chocolate instead. Upon approaching the window we were then very rudely told that the machine was broken which we all know that trick. Will not be returning I'd much rather drive 30 minutes out to a different Wendy's than ever spend my money at this God awful place ever again

Ordered inside and order was quickly filled...was surprised I didn't have to wait long at all although I was there right at lunch. Friendly service and family enjoyed! Everything was as I ordered.

Only place in town that will make a hamburger without cheese every time you request it. I still check the order reach time but in years of going there I've only gotten a wrong drive thru order once. They are currently remodeling their dining area so it's drive thru only at the moment

Order was wrong. Ordered through DoorDash and for a 10 piece nugget they gave me 7. No sauce. Wrong sides, wrong drinks. Gave us water for sprite and small when we was supposed to have large. Wrong sides. Just a very big disappointment.

Most the time the employees are great and do their job but most the ti.e the later shift will ignore the speaker and stay in back with lights off so they don't have to work even when it's door dash order's

I had sworn off Wendy's from multiple experiences in the Midwest where the orders were constantly and gratuitously wrong and even told my family that I didn't want us Giving our money to this franchise anymore. But these breakfast sandwiches lured me back! Even though I've always enjoyed their salads, it wasn't enough to overturn the consistently wrong orders and lasted days ago attitude about said orders. But these breakfast sandwiches, though? They got me back in line! They are a worthy contender to McDonald's and Burger Kings staple breakfast sandwiches.
