Store associates are very helpful. I came in for a battery about 15 mins before closing and was able to purchase and have it installed. It was a difficult one to install, but the associate was super knowledgeable and still able to help me quickly, and be even showed me how to access the battery for next time. Highly recommend! ~Jay

I just want to thank Jeff Russel for the awesome customer service. My $600 custom carbon fiber spoiler was rattling on my trunk and he was quick to come outside and assist me get the right tools to get the screws tightened.
