We couldn't be happier with the service Tim and Dot provided to us. They were professional and very helpful, both in person and over the phone. Even when a slight glitch happened with the truck we had reserved, they quickly handled the issue to our satisfaction. We give Tim and Dot our highest recommendations. If you rent here, you won't regret it. Update: it's a year later and we've just moved out. Once again we received excellent service from Tim and his assistants. Our belongings were in tip-top condition and we were so happy to see that even after being stored for a year in the humid Durham weather nothing had been damaged. We cannot recommend this LifeStorage location highly enough.

I stored my car here for two months over the holidays. Tim was great at managing all my logistical concerns and I came back to a spotless car. Would definitely recommend. Update: I used Life Storage to store my belongings for a year, and was completely satisfied with their customer service and the quality of the unit. My belongings were in the exact same condition when I left, and Life Storage made it super easy to "move out" when the time came - no hidden fees or needing to give notice months in advance. Completely recommend for any storage needs in the Durham/Triangle area.

Excellent storage unit we have used for years during COVID, but the true 5 star experience is with the staff. A staff member, Austin, came out to help us with our U-Haul ramp, and his ingenuity led to us fixing the problem in 2 minutes. Truly fantastic people and service, and that experience alone I would give 10/5 stars if I could.
