Went there to return a Amazon package the young lady who helped me was very nice then I had to come back to my car because I left another package in the car and came back in and there was another woman there heavy set light skin either white or latina and I think she was a supervisor who helping an elderly man in front of me she was very rude to him really impatient and I stood in line waiting hoping I wouldn't get her and I did I didn't speak and neither did she because I knew if she would have been that rude to me I would have had to cuss her out, and I think she Sense that that's why she didn't speak either , now adays customer service is so very important 😡🤬

The shirt selection for men is really diverse, and the selection overall is good. Need to start offering/carrying Cali King size linens in store.

It's kohl's... lol. Store was clean,.although stock was limited. Cashier was very friendly. It's Kohls cash time which is a great program if you remember to shop during that time. Very limited Christmas items or gifts. Large stock in for clothing and sale racks full of clearance clothing.

They had NO turtleneck nor mock turtle long sleeve tee shirts which is why I went. But with great markdowns on other things I left happy with my two purchases. Check out clerk was fabulous.

I had a problem with a watch that I bought online and Art who's the manager took care of everything. Just when you think customer service is dead someone completely changes your mind.
