My wife went in to purchase bedroom furniture. After picking one out, she added an accent chair for the living room and spent a little over $1,200. Well, my wife was on the way home when she received a call from one of the staff that there was a mistake. The staff told my wife to pay a difference of $200 for the accent chair when they come to deliver it. The staff undercharged her and asked my wife to pay for the mistake. Knowing my wife’s thought process, she didn’t want the staff to lose their job. But at the same time, it was the staff’s fault. I contacted the owner and explained the situation. After a few heated and angry exchanges, we settled on $100. Yes, I know I didn’t have to. But I hope that in the future, they will pay more attention to detail on a contract that clearly wrote, “PAID IN FULL” at the bottom; therefore, closing the transaction. It was $200. I can’t believe they’d argue with their customers over that. Unprofessional. As a small business owner such as myself, I’d take the loss so I don’t lose a customer and gain a bad reputation. It’s the quality of the business and not so much the quantity. It will be our last visit. ~Fullstar

Royal Furniture is a very nice clean place the main man in charge is always very polite and respectful if for any reason you have a problems with furniture they make sure they fix it for you there GOAL is to make you happy and sale quality furniture at a good price so much respec. I've purchased Furniture from them over the years and I've always been satisfied. I just recently purchased some more furniture so I only give them four stars until I get my furniture and inspected it's been a little over a year since about anything else so I want to make sure it stays they stay Royal and loyal to the customers. Terrible experience in all of my home furniture buying experience. They didn’t communicate, didn’t listen, weren’t prepared, lacked sense, unprofessional, poor customer service, lackadaisical and ended with them damaging the structure of my landlord building. They didn’t call me to quickly take care of this matter and have the nerve to ask for estimates. Had me wait for my refund. This company is trash and I see it comes from the top because Steve Lavender is the big boss but he’s terrible too! I had to call them, no one called me. I didn’t do the damage and I was honest and upfront about my building. They told me and showed me it was in a box and they would assemble the furniture after getting it into my building. I wish I could give 0 stars. ~Irma

Silvia was my salesperson. She was great! I found a couch that I loved!! She spent lots of time with me as we even searched for a love seat or chairs that I had envisioned. I was looking for a particular color, style fabric..Though we didn’t find that, we bought a beautiful couch and marble dining room table, and she helped me get a great price. I ended up buying chairs somewhere else. But, I came back the next day to buy the matching marble end table. She was awesome!! ~Wendy

Went there to return a Amazon package the young lady who helped me was very nice then I had to come back to my car because I left another package in the car and came back in and there was another woman there heavy set light skin either white or latina and I think she was a supervisor who helping an elderly man in front of me she was very rude to him really impatient and I stood in line waiting hoping I wouldn't get her and I did I didn't speak and neither did she because I knew if she would have been that rude to me I would have had to cuss her out, and I think she Sense that that's why she didn't speak either , now adays customer service is so very important 😡🤬 ~P.
