Best cell phone store in Stockton, California (CA) 2024

Terrible experience in all of my home furniture buying experience. They didn’t communicate, didn’t listen, weren’t prepared, lacked sense, unprofessional, poor customer service, lackadaisical and ended with them damaging the structure of my landlord building. They didn’t call me to quickly take care of this matter and have the nerve to ask for estimates. Had me wait for my refund. This company is trash and I see it comes from the top because Steve Lavender is the big boss but he’s terrible too! I had to call them, no one called me. I didn’t do the damage and I was honest and upfront about my building. They told me and showed me it was in a box and they would assemble the furniture after getting it into my building. I wish I could give 0 stars. ~Irma

I called in prior to my visit and the customer service was great to the least of my expectations after I had been having a nightmare ordeal with at&t... Lina the manager made me feel a bit more at ease and assured they would their best to work with our situation and make sure we were happy in transferring over to them - We visited the store the next day and were greeted promptly, courteous - I had asked for Lina specifically considering she was familiar with my circumstances and I didn't want to repeat myself to much in dreading.. In long story short, I feel they are owed at least of a review - They were very detailed and clear in servicing our needs and understanding our needs as well as a customer.. They are very detail oriented and relaxed, I didn't feel rushed or pressured as just another number in sales.. They treated us as they want to be treated. The vibe is comforting and sociable. I didn't dread being in the store during our visit. This trip was well worth my time and hassle free.. and the store is super clean!!
