Dora didn’t make any attempt to help me add my son to my account. I still had 25 min of my appointment left. She was just sitting on her phone. Told me it will take an hour to add him. What a waste of time. I have a premium account and I am a customer for 24 years. I think I will canceling all my account with wellsfargo and take my business somewhere else. ~Supper

Worst customer service I have ever had at ANY BANK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They have no sense of urgency, care, or resiliency. I wish I would have gotten the women's name because she deserves to be reprimanded. No longer interested in dealing with this Bank. Go to Central State Credit Union, Chase, Wells Fargo, pretty much anywhere , but here. ~Devin

Very simple...I cannot stand this bank. I go there a few times each month but ONLY because I have to for employment. First part of the month, I have seen lines outside of the building and half way around the corner then after a very long wait, finally make it inside and literally two or three tellers open. And some of people working there are just plain miserable. ~Danny

The security guard Naya Phillips was so nice & respectful enough to go over beyond her job to help my aunt with her bags right after her lunch break on a hot day when noticed she almost passed out in the hot sun yesterday she even helps her look out for her RTD ride to pick her up my aunt feels very safe with her around gotta give that young lady some good credit and respect for the work she puts in . GOD is blessed her she is a great soul. Y’all bet not get rid of her she is too kind. AND HER OBSERVATION AND GREETING CUSTOMERS ENTERING IS ALWAYS ON POINT!!!! I HOPE SHE SEE THIS ON HERE THANKS WELLSFARGO! ~Loyalty

I have an unemployment EDT card which I've literally spent 15 plus calls and a total of possibly 20 hours on the phone to correct their problems. Then when I opened an account online they didn't verify me when I went into deposit $200 into the new accounts meaning checking and savings I went in to verify and they had canceled my account I am not saying that this bank is terrible but Bank of America in hole as an operation has so many flaws no wonder they are being sued by the EDD and the state of California never never never bank here ~Jim

Bad service lying to make sales. They have you sign paperwork when item is still in box so you can’t confirm it is damaged or not. After getting home and opening box my item was damaged. Edit to add: after speaking with them they are exchanging it, it’ll just take another week. So three weeks total since we placed order. ~Karley

I am a frequent visitor to the Chase Bank at 510 N El Dorado Street in Stockton, CA. I live in Downtown, and this branch is the closest bank to me within the vicinity. The nearest branch is nearly five miles away. I am very angry at the fact that this branch has an ATM outside that does not work, and card reader to enter the building does not work either. This makes it difficult for me as a customer to access my account and gain access into your facility to draw cash. I am thinking of choosing another institution due to the lack of care at this bank. While I understand that transients can be a problem in the area and mess things up for the rest of us I would appreciate better care and up keep of broken down equipment here. ~Miguel
