Very simple...I cannot stand this bank. I go there a few times each month but ONLY because I have to for employment. First part of the month, I have seen lines outside of the building and half way around the corner then after a very long wait, finally make it inside and literally two or three tellers open. And some of people working there are just plain miserable.

This bank always seem to be so pack, I was there today jasmine the teller needs to be more friendly she seem not to care when it comes to customer service I was being so nice to her had a few questions and she hardly wanted to respond to my questions. If she doesn’t like customer service she shouldn’t be working there I still managed to tell her thank you and she didn’t even respond back to me .

This place is rediculous. First, You cant deposit cash into someones account. You have to get a money order. They don't tell you at the time they wont search for the account for you either. I have been to many banks and as long as you have the account holders name and sometimes the birthday they will find the account as long as its just a deposit. So I lost $20 because they wouldn't deposit the money order for me. This bank had also tried to say I owed them $200+ dollars after my account was closed for a couple months. Which was fixed after I called corporate but still. Word of advise, Go to a different bank or better yet a credit union. Wells fargo is a fraud. Don't forget they created accounts in a bunch of peoples names fraudulently a while back. Glad I got out of there when I did.

10 days ago I used the Wells Fargo Bank ATM on Union in Manteca. In my withdrawal was half of a. $50 bill. I tried using it at stores but nobody would accept it. I went to the bank branch in Stockton and they wouldn't accept it. They told me that it was a Manteca branch problem and that I needed to send the half $50 bill to the Treasury Dept at a cost of approximately $15 with a 4-6 week waiting time. If Wells Fargo thought that the$50 bill was good enough to put it into circulation, why wouldn't they exchange it for me at the bank? It's going to cost me $70 for my $50 bill. Is that fair?
