I’ve been in the market for an SUV for a minute. I was forwarded from my bank & also received 1% lower on interest in doing business with them. I have bought in the past with Enterprise Sales & they’ve once again met all my expectations. Thanks again Enterprise my hats off to you & your sales team 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 One thing I had to add is they sold me a An SUV without a front license plate bracket and stated that there wasn’t such a bracket for my year, make & model 🤷♂️ I actually had to buy a bracket myself right next door to their establishment🤷♂️ shame on you Enterprise (Hammer Ln Stkn)for not following through 🤷♂️

Never expected to walk in, and walk out with a new/used car. They made it really easy to check prices on my trade in, and help me understand being the novice I am with car sales. The staff were super helpful with a small malfunction to the car after buying, and made sure I was comfortable and resting assured it would be fixed. I hope they stay as trusting as they've been up to now.

I’m so impressed with enterprise. Great selection and the application process was so simple. My credit was awful. But even in my situation I was able to get approved for two loans. Proof of income for 3 months using my bank statements and a couple of pay stubs and I drove away in a vehicle that was in amazing condition and had been serviced and cared for. Enterprise takes very good care of their vehicles. They sell the top 10% of their rental cars and I was sold my car for below blue book value which really helped in securing my loan. My car is still worth more than I owe the bank. I opted to purchase gap coverage as well as a bumper to bumper warranty that covered any issue with my car for another 4 years for a slight payment increase. Paolo in Stockton Ca was kind, personable and professional. I’m so grateful for my car and for enterprise car sales for making this possible.

The gentleman that helped me named Lazaro and the manager Richard where both very helpful. I had a great experience that was very easy, fast, and everything was explained very well. If I am ever in search of a new vehicle again, I would definitely go to the same place and same car salesman and I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Cody my salesman was truly amazing! He made sure to find the vehicle that was perfect for me and my family. He was welcoming and patient with me being stubborn. His Supervisor and himself noticed me get worried, sad and depressed when applying for loan and they eased my worry and sent me hope with my dream car smiling ear to ear. Without putting a penny out of my pocket I drove off with my new 2018 Ford Escape!!! Thank you so much Cody and Supervisor!!!

When I went into Enterprise Car Sales the salesman RJ was awesome! The manager Andre not so much. Purchased a 2020 Nissan Armada and traded in my car. Everything was fine with the sale, until Enterprise never contacted my old finance company. I called spoke to Andre and he was so rude! I asked why they haven't notified my old finance company? He was giving me answers that didn't make sense and I asked for his manager and he refused telling me I had to speak with him and no one else can help me? Really? I called and complained to their corporate office. No one should be treated so poorly when asking for information only Enterprise can answer. NEVER BUYING ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM!

This is the only place that made it happen for me. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Not only will they understand you on a personal level but they won’t pressure you and really do ask what your budget is and also what vehicle you’re trying to buy. Great group of guys. So I recently bought a new car and honestly I didn’t know exactly where I wanted to go. So I went to Stockton with my mind made up. I was going to purchase a car from hertz auto sales and when I arrived the first thing that I seen was Enterprise auto sales. They caught my attention just from their sign/logo and I knew I wanted a car from them. So I ditched hertz and went to Enterprise and I couldn’t have been more happy with my decision. They didn't haggle me the entire time they let me look around while giving me the info I wanted on each car. They were very nice and made me feel comfortable. And they had a lot of patience as I was going back and forth between cars many of times. When it came down to finding the one I wanted. They made the process very easy and fast. I was in and out in no time with my beautiful car. They made sure I got the best deal I could and gave me the best experience ever. I 100% recommend buying a car from Enterprise if you are in the market.
