I went with the goal of “just looking”. I have never been a Ford girl but Hamid did such a good job of making me feel comfortable and didn’t over sell me. He talked me through my hesitations and kept it real. He was knowledgeable and genuine. I have a 20 year history in sales and I can see and hear a “salesman” a mile away. I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed the test drive. I honestly wouldn’t have signed had he and his team not gone above and beyond to get me the best possible deal. Thank you to everyone at Future Ford but most especially to Hamid. I’m grateful to put my family in a safe and beautiful vehicle.

Good customer service. Very clean and friendly. Everywhere is clean and nice. But, waiting so long to find the part that I ordered for my car a long time ago. I called two weeks ago. They found it over the phone and now, they could not find it. I have to wait until they see it, and then I have to leave the car to replace that.

My experience as usual was very pleasant. Randy our service tech was great. Linda, who works behind the front desk, was extremely helpful and showed us how we can save money using the Ford Pass app. She took the time and walked us through it. Going above and beyond is her usual. Thanks for everything!

We as the customers need a better idea on how long you'll hold our cars for and a better idea on how much the repairs will cost.This is the second time I've left my car with Future Ford And was not given an appropriate time as for when my car will be returned to me. In both situations, I was not told when my when my car would be returned to me so I lost business of my own because I couldn't reach I couldn't reach the people I needed to do business with. So all in all, repairs cost more than what was on the bill. I also noticed That I'm not the only one with this problem. I've read the other reviews that have also stated that Ford has done has done a terrible customer service job as for not calling their customers and holding their cars for extended amount of time. This needs to be addressed by Ford otherwise they're there are other agencies that we can bring these bring these complaints to.

Start was bad: When I called for an appointment service was not available so the receptionist took a message. By the next day nobody had returned my call so I called again. This time I left a voicemail. A day or two later again no return call so I called again. Nobody picked up. On my fourth try I finally got through and made an appointment. MANY days later I arrived at my appointed time and nobody came to greet me. It wasn't busy -- only one other customer was waiting -- who knows why I had to wait so long? What's the point of making an appointment?? Middle was bad: The service person told me to expect a call ~3-4 days later. Heard nothing, so on day 5 I called. They told me it will be done "on Mon or Tue". By Wed, hearing nothing, I called. Late Wed I got a text that it will be ready by the end of the day. And then another text saying actually never mind there's one more thing to be done. It was finally ready LATE the next day. Ending was bad: After I paid (that part was fast and easy! Wow!) I waited for a very long time for them to fetch my car. Why? There were no other customers! Who knows? And then the dude drives up with a car that is not my car. He had to go back again to find mine. Good bits: they washed my car reasonably well, the receptionists were friendly, they gave me Lyft rides to/from home while they had my car.

I just recently bought a 2022 Mustang Ecoboost and I had the best experience at this dealership. Tolga, Omed, and Mo were all super helpful throughout the whole process. All of the staff in this dealership are very kind and honest. Omed got me set up right away with the Ford Pass app and showed me all the different features of my car and the app. Working out the finances with Mo went very smoothly and he made the process very easy. The dealership building itself was very clean and taken care of. I couldn't have had a better experience. You can definetly tell that Future Ford of Concord really cares about providing excellent customer service and making the car buying process stress free and an overall positive experience.

His name is Olaf. He is a sweet piece of engineering and luxury marvel. He's a 2021 reserve sports package loaded copilot adaptive suspension 2.3L, 20inch rims piece of awesome. Damn thing drives itself. Wanna build a snowman? Thank you Future Ford Concord for being such a great dealer and service dealer!! White Glove all the way with such great team members caring and going the extra without question. These folks give it their all. Thank you.

Hands down, the best customer service. Tricia the service rep was very helpful and polite. Linda at the front desk was super kind and helpful as well. They were able to get me an uber/lift to my gym. By the time I was done with my workout, I got a text that my vehicle was ready and they sent me another lift to pick me up in Walnut Creek. I got to Future ford, made myself a latte on their coffee maker machine in the waiting area. I got truck back. Everything was done correctly with the highest quality of customer service.

Just picked up our First Edition and worked with Calum (sorry if I'm not spelling it right) to finalize the paperwork. He and the whole Future Ford team were great to work with! From placing our order with Solomon to picking it up. I would recommend Future Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Love my Bronco!
