Man. It used to be really good. The older employees are nice and courteous but the younger ones are really indifferent or just don’t care. Plus with the cuts all of the stores have made they NEVER have anyone to bag your groceries and it backs up the lines a lot more. Gone downhill which is unfortunate for the workers that have been there for a while. ~Rick

I have been purchasing my dog's flea and tic medication online from Pet VM for over a year now. They ALWAYS have the cheapest price (by a lot), and are extremely attentive to my order. For example, I ordered medication that needs approval from my vet; they contacted my vet and had my order in the mail within 18 hours. Amazing. And in the past, when my vet has not responded to them in a timely manner, Pet VM has kept the lines of communication open with me with updates on their progress. 100% better than big box pet stores. Best Pharmacy I have ever been to hands down. The main pharmacist who I believe is also the owner has a big heart and will do everything in his power to make sure patients get their medication. This is the main reason why I stopped going to CVS and the big box stores. I will not be shopping anywhere else. ~Jamison

The lines moved fast and the shelves were actually fully stocked. I hate going to a store and seeing bare or barely filled shelves. Also I liked that I was greeted when I came in and then left alone and not harassed by employees asking me if I need help every 5 seconds. I'll be back for sure! ~Erin

The service my dog and I received was wonderful. We had an emergency and those it took some time for him to be seen, the care he was given was very compassionate, loving and of concern. When the vet called me about my dog condition, she explain his problem in everyday terms and not medical terms (which I would have never understood). Because we love our animal so much the price did matter, but their prices are very reasonable. Thank you to everyone who took care of R.B. You guys are the best! ~Debra
