Best customer service I have had from an online business. I ordered trifexis and then my vet would not approve it. I had already paid for it. But Pet VM sent me an email and called me. I ended up asking if they could just put my order on hold for 3 weeks until I could get my dog to the vet for a heartworm test. They were so nice and kept me updated by email. So finally my vet approved it. And Pet VM shipped it right away. I will be ordering from them again in the future. Thank you Pet VM for outstanding service!!

Excellent Company. They had the best price when I did my research on prices. Their price was like $10.00 less. My first time using this company. I ordered my doggies Simparica. There was an issue with my vet authorizing the prescription. It took the Vet multiple days to finally get this right and in the meantime this company kept me up to date each time. They were so helpful in this regard. I'm planning on using them again for my next doggie med refill. Thank you so much!!!

I have been purchasing my dog's flea and tic medication online from Pet VM for over a year now. They ALWAYS have the cheapest price (by a lot), and are extremely attentive to my order. For example, I ordered medication that needs approval from my vet; they contacted my vet and had my order in the mail within 18 hours. Amazing. And in the past, when my vet has not responded to them in a timely manner, Pet VM has kept the lines of communication open with me with updates on their progress. 100% better than big box pet stores. Highly recommend!

Best flea/tick prevention prices I’ve found BY FAR. Assuming their prices remain so competitive, I’ll continue shopping here forever! They handle all the communication with our vet, too, which is really convenient. And even though they’re shipping from California, our orders get to Florida pretty quickly because they ship right away. Only thing I wish they had was some type of rewards program for purchases or occasional discount codes for loyal customers.

After the only supplier of my pup's medication informed me that it would no longer be on the market, I was determined to find a well established provider as quickly as possible without compromising quality control or the attentive customer service that was both reliable and priced within reason. Enter Pet VM. In total I compared at least a half a dozen viable pharmacies options, yet none offered such great value. Price is always a top priority with any ongoing treatment but it was the incredibly prompt responses and depth of correspondence between not only myself and Pet VM but also between them and my vet. I was informed every step of the process multiple times throughout a mere 24 hours which is all it took for everything to get sorted out and shipped accordingly.
