99% of time pharmacy too cloud. Not enough of staff. Long line to pickup or place the order, what's hard special for seniors people who don't have access to computer or don't know how to use computers. After you spend a lot of time in line and, finally, come to the window, receptionist can tell you: "sorry, but your medication has to be checked by pharmacists before you can pick them up and he/she not here yet. Please comeback at 1 hour or so". Nice?

Former customer as of yesterday had been coming here for the las 3 years out of convenience honestly... its inventory is never filled always short staffed the pharmacists are rather rude and the checkout staff seem incompetent or in efficient at times and also doesn't have the best pricing in the area definitely lost me as a customer for not allowing me to shop there because i had a bike and no lock to secure it in the homeless filled sidewalk and i have a 5-600$ bike I'm over it dont recommend anyone go there and would not be surprised it shuts down in the future

02.05.2022 (Saturday 2:39pm) Came here. Panhandlers outside, parking might be tight (30 min limit), they do have curbside pickup and a drive thru. Long line. This location is busy around this time.. and adjacent to HoneyBaked.

Today i went in to refill my prescription they told me that i have a deductible of $900 so i went online to see what my deductible was and on the website says that my deductible is $99 I dont think they know what they are doing .. So i presented a good rx coupon and the lady that helped me said that they dont take coupons for narcotics…. So they are making me pay $198 .00 for my medicine….I think im changing pharmacies the lady here does not what she is doing… very poor customer service at the pharmacy!!!

Worst customer service. Management SUCKS! Pharmacy is a joke, they don't EVER answer phone. There is always a long line, then when you finally get your turn after waiting at least 30 min they tell you it's going to be 20 more minutes. Get it together people, it's not that hard. Answer the phone it only takes 30 seconds, if your not competent enough to at least do that then go away bad dream!!

Tried to send money thru western union, everything matches my DL my last name just i use Shafiq instead of Shafiqullah as my first name and this supervisor her name is Karen she wouldn't accept my ID, i have been sending money from same shop for years now but she made me go to another business to send it and the other business gladly accepted my ID since everything matched except i used short form of my name. Anyways they need to hire younger people who can see and think the current employees are too old to work and should retire.

I don’t usually write a review but this pharmacy in Concord is the worst!!! They don’t care about their customers! We waited for an hour to get a prescription only to find out that the pharmacist can’t prepare it anymore!!! They don’t have any sympathy even the customer is really in pain!!!! The most horrible thing is they are rude!!! They can’t even tell you nicely that they can no longer give you the medication! This is not the first time that they rejected us to get the medication! It’s not even their closing hour yet but they will say they can no longer prepare the medicine for you!!! Don’t go here! You will just waste your time! The pharmacist who should be nice is actually the rudest one there!!!!

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to I need to tell my doctor to change where I pick up prescriptions. I came in at 6:55 pm it is now 7:56 pm that I am able to get help but then I need to wait for 20 minutes for my prescription so I told them I can’t wait another 20 minutes when I was already standing in line for a long time. Someone needs to contact corporate because this is ridiculous. People are waiting in a long line but workers don’t seem to care.

This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been too! Every time I am here for prescriptions, they have one person working and a line all the way down the isle! They do nothing to try and get people taken care of as if people have nothing else to do. One day it took an hour and a half in line to get my prescriptions! Don’t come here if you can advise it!

Pharmacy wait is usually quite long and they ALWAYS need help. Lots of lost prescriptions. I think the reason is poor communication with insurance and physicians, and not their fault. Pharmacists are helpful and always friendly. Store is clean and in good order. Employees are helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Good bargains if on sale
