Not only are they short staffed but when I asked for help. They told me to stand in line and wait for that cashier to help me. 🤦♀️ yea I won’t be back

The lines moved fast and the shelves were actually fully stocked. I hate going to a store and seeing bare or barely filled shelves. Also I liked that I was greeted when I came in and then left alone and not harassed by employees asking me if I need help every 5 seconds. I'll be back for sure!

I always come here to buy the things I need but when it comes to customer service, there are two staff that are particularly rude and one of them usually works at the counter. I was asking one staff about a ups pickup order since I've never done that at a cvs store before, and she kept making side comments with such a rude tone.

We went online to book a COVID-19 test. We were there 5 minutes early. First, they did not explain that the test is a drive thru. While we waited in the car behind 6 cars, it took 15 minutes for each car to process the test, at least for the first three cars in front of us. It appears that we will be here for over an hour. Very poorly managed by CVS.

That store is my local CVS. Very close to home. They have everything we need. I appreciate their bucks back program and store coupons. The pharmacy staff members are very helpful, efficient and professional.

Typical CVS. Very clean and usually has what you need. The pharmacy staff are awesome and love helping out. The CVS staff are usually poor in attitude and treat you like an unconvince. Nothing extraordinary about this place.

Never shopping at another CVS after this stupid ass new rule on how they think they can just change your doctor's prescription! It's none of their business how many pain pills my doctor prescribes me or anyone else!!!

The ladies bathroom is disgusting! The back of the toilets have hair and dirt and someone had the nerve to place a spare roll of tissue right on top of it. By the sink and under the hand dryer there is stuff running all down the wall and clumps of dirt and hair on the floor! I was shocked especially for this area! They aught to be ashamed!
