Unmitigated incompetence every time. Today was the last straw. MD called in Rx two days ago and still not filled. Why? They said it was “too expensive.” This is the same Rx I’ve gotten there for years and I know precisely how much it is. No one called me to let me know this. I stayed in the drive thru forever only to be told this. No apology from the disaffected millenial tech, just a blank stare. People don’t need to be treated like babies. We are capable of finding out how much Rx is before requesting it be filled. Stop acting like a nanny and do your job pharmacists! I transferred my Rx to another pharmacy just now, and everything was handled with professionalism and efficiency. I only wish I’d done it ages ago.

I like the staff here they are very nice . But when calling in a refill 😡 they've changed the automated refill system it takes longer and it doesn't get it right it's a lot more complicated go back to the old system is easy ! Other than that I like the service and the people here .

This is our preferred pharmacy with our rx insurance...such nice people..good service..very efficient service. So glad to be using them.

Worst pharmacy ever. First day trying to get my husband's prescription they didn't have the medicine so they gave him two pills and said come back tomorrow. Next day they mixed up his prescription and we were told to wait 20 minutes. 20 minutes later we go to get it only to be told they still don't have the medicine and give him 2 more pills and are told once again to come back tomorrow. Today we go in and get his prescription only to find they gave him 6 less pills than he's supposed to get. Go in and tell them and have to wait for them to once again fix their mistake. Then they credit the entire amount of the prescription back onto my husband's card and tell him AFTER they credited it that it could take up to a week to recieve the money back. The difference was FOUR DOLLARS. My husband and I are very tight for cash so this was more than a minor inconvenience. My husband's card declines when trying to pay again so we had to pay with money from our savings. On top of all of this the pharmacist was extremely rude and treated my husband like it was his fault. I'm not normally a person who leaves complaints but this was the worst service I've experienced in a long time and I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Wife had just been released from hospital and needed a must have prescription filled our regular pharmacy wasnt able to fill and i turned to a couple other pharmacys in area for help with no luck then i tryed this pharmacy 30 minutes before closing staff was great and they had medication in stock when no one else did . would defiantly deal with in future.

Normally CVS staff don't even pick up their phone, but this one did, rather quickly too. Additionally, the staff went through a load of trouble to get the information I needed. I can see their desire to help. I can wait for as long as it takes for them to get my stuff ready, because then I know that they care enough to look over all the details and make sure I'm in safe hands.

Dont go here if you actually want to get your medications. I went to fill my prescripton (which you're not supposed to suddenly stop taking), and they told me to pull over and wait 10 minutes as they weren't done getting it ready. 10 minutes later, I came back and they told me they were out of stock and it would be ready the next day. The next day, I called and they said they were still out of stock and they said it would he ready the next day. I called the next day, and big surprise...it's not in stock. This time, I wasnt even given an estimate of when I may be able to refill my prescription. Will be switching to a reliable pharmacy soon.
