I just usually get gas at the pump and use my debit card to pay, but I have been in the store too. It always looks clean and bright. I think their grandson was in the cookie jar 🤔

The staff was rude she didn't care that I had a private password in front of him yet he walks closer she says umm u need to walk away so I can set him up a password 🔑 istupid because we live in same home 🏘️ together I ask her about a promotion for me n she said oh we don't have any and we DNT have any phones on sale so I ask about a wifi stick or box she said I don't have time to look that up you will have to dial the 611 number n talk with them so I will never go back again to that store on Lenoir NC blowing rock Blvd

The gas was cheaper here at that time so I decided to fill up. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because you can't use a debit card at the pumps. You have to go in and to use a debit card. The associates are nice and helpful. The store is clean.

Parking lot is full of holes and always a some rough looking characters. Normally a cop there on Sundays mornings if not several. Terrible choice of soft drinks. It's has prices are normally a couple cents cheaper which is one plus I guess.

This store has a nice variety of foods and snacks at well as slushier. The gas prices are usually ok.... Sometimes range on the high side.

I am a 43 year old woman and I had to provide my valid ncdl to the attendant before she would cash in my winning lottery tickets. She never gave me the chance to ask for other tickets nor did she let me exchange a pack of light marlboro for red after the purchase. I never even took the cigarettes from inside the store and she still would not exchange or return my money for the wrong purchase.

Great community store. Very convenient to college students, high school students, community residents and highway 321 commuters. Arby's is is also conveniently located inside the store. FasRewards membership is also an added bonus for savings.

Horrible customer service!! Stopped for gas. My lonely was put on the WRONG pump. Went in and the lady was very umwelcoming. I will be calling my bank tomorrow because the money was taking out of my account and is not back in like she claimed it would be. No excuses putting someone's money on the wrong pump!

I visit this store almost daily and usually have great service. I know what to expect and the customer experience is great...most of the time. There is one or two employees that just make you want to leave the store the moment you enter EVERY single time! Confirming I didn't forget to pay for gas while making a large purchase doesn't require a huff and puff nor a nasty tone from the cashier. She makes you feel unwelcome.
