Unmitigated incompetence every time. Today was the last straw. MD called in Rx two days ago and still not filled. Why? They said it was “too expensive.” This is the same Rx I’ve gotten there for years and I know precisely how much it is. No one called me to let me know this. I stayed in the drive thru forever only to be told this. No apology from the disaffected millenial tech, just a blank stare. People don’t need to be treated like babies. We are capable of finding out how much Rx is before requesting it be filled. Stop acting like a nanny and do your job pharmacists! I transferred my Rx to another pharmacy just now, and everything was handled with professionalism and efficiency. I only wish I’d done it ages ago. ~Adi

If no other autopart store has it, NAPA normally does. They provide good service, always give any advice on the situation at hand. Very friendly place of business. ~Preston

I just usually get gas at the pump and use my debit card to pay, but I have been in the store too. It always looks clean and bright. I think their grandson was in the cookie jar 🤔 ~Sandra

Faithful customer but will not return here two card scanners not even connected to register with card being charged during non Operating hours and never the same face ... Scamming cards if u ask me. Charge on card at 4:54 when store doesn't open until 6 am . One day they use one card scanner next day it's the other make it make since .. ~Google
