For a Fry’s, this is excellent. I’m not an avid Fry’s shopper but my mother is and recently I had to pick up some groceries for her that were brand-specific to Fry’s. This store is vast and huge and organized so nicely. The produce and deli/meat department amazed me as well. It’s a superstore.

Probably the nicest Fry's I've been to! Everything is clean and new, aisles are nice and wide, and since this is a Fry's Marketplace, there's a huge selection of products! Most of the departments (including the deli, bakery, and produce) have a large selection of items, and it was easy to navigate the store and find what I needed.

This store was great when it first opened. The staff was helpful and friendly but not any more. Today I went through Tracy's check stand and had to wave at her through the plastic shield to get her attention. She couldn't say hello back or anything except for finally saying "I see you waving." Twice I have been through her line with no greetings or not a thank you for coming in, nothing at all other than my savings at the end of my transaction. She seems to be the life of the party with the courtesy staff, if that what they are called now, because I wasn't seeing any type of courtesy.

While Fry's is famous for being out of everything, worse after covid, I hoped this store would be the exception. Unfortunately I was wrong. The cashier and bagger were having such a hard time bagging my groceries, I stood there laughing at them. The first Wednesday of the month and very few cashier's. I couldn't even pick up the bags from the cart they were so heavy and luckily I had extra bags in my car. I'm elderly and did anyone think to give me a hand to the car? You couldn't pay me to shop there again! Oh, and I forgot to mention the melted ice cream because the lines were so long.

Great store..tons of items. One of the newer designed stores, Slow service Sunday mornings is my only complaint. Deli taken orders and calls u over the intercom when ready....kinda cool, check out lanes understaffed.

My new house was completed in this neighborhood(Carol Rae Ranch)way back in 1996, just as they finished the construction on the Frys on Power & Baseline, so I had been using that store for groceries since that time. And now I've witnessed the progression, with the opening of this "super Frys". I do like shopping here as the staff seems genuinely interested in doing their best to be helpful, and they seem to really be trying to keep their new store as clean and uncluttered as possible. I do still shop at the "old" store on occasion, simply because it is so much smaller, especially when I only need a few items. Plus, over the years, I have gotten to know several of the staff there quite personally. But the new Frys is a joy to shop at BECAUSE it is new. Plus they carry quite a few products, especially in the meat & seafood dept., that the other Frys doesn't. The reason for the 4 star review is mainly that they seem to be out of a moderately large amount of products that have, it seems, nothing to do with the nation wide shortages. For example, I will stop in to the Frys on Power and find quite a few of the items that the new store was out of, and usually in good quantities. The only thing that I can deduce from this is that someone is dropping the ball when it comes to keeping items in stock over at the new place. Finally, to Rebecca who left a review about 11 reviews down from the beginning; Like you, I am a Christian. However, this review forum is just that, to give an unbiased & hopefully honest review, of one's experiences with different businesses & organizations. It is not a platform for pontification, nor is it the place to scold those that one may have an issue with. If you truly have experienced those issues of which you spoke, especially if it concerns a possible detriment to customer health, then I would think a call or a visit with the store manager is probably in order. And, if no help seems to be forthcoming, try his supervisor and the supervisor's supervisor. And, if still it seems that nothing is being done, then there is the USDA, as well as various other state agencies that are there to help deal with such things. Remember, those agencies representatives work for us! That's why we pay taxes, isn't it?

Wow, great store and great grocery chain. This chain is part of my local grocery chain corporation, so I can use the same app, app payment method, and store directory. This location is very clean, very large, very well organized. I shop here for business travel. This store is better staffed than my home location, especially at the deli. Products are generally the same as my home location, so this makes shopping and easier to pick products I'm used to. Checkouts, including self-checkouts have even been easier than my home location, which seems to have trouble with the chain's app payment method. Parking lot is a bit of a mess since you can't easily go from one end to another, except in front of the store without zig-zagging in a wide loop. Annoying when trying to leave, especially north on Higley. Just encourages dangerous driving with cars driving through parking spaces.

This is probably the nicest kroger store I have ever been in! It’s massive, and clean! And has almost everything in stock. No shortages or outrageous prices either. I wish the one by my house was like this one!
