I was there shopping on Friday the 21st of October 2022. I stopped at the Deli counter and saw that their one and only employee was texting on the phone. I waited a few minutes, he was still texting. Finally he saw me and asked what I needed. I told him and while he was still texting told me I will be able to find the meat on the counter when he is done. Well, guess I was done, because I left the Deli counter, paid for the items I already had in my cart and left. I will never be back at his store again. I had been going there for years, but the service has really gone down. I guess it is more important to text and play on your phone then to service the customers. Well, there are other grocery stores than frys. Adios after 24 years of patronage.

I will never go there again. I am getting rid of my mastercard/frys card due to total lack of experience with the public driven by the young manager who thinks that he has 2 of the best employees who were the rudest kids I have ever met. What ever happened to interaction with customers in a positive upbeat way. These kids totally feel like they are doing us a favor and that we are bothering them.

Went to buy the 8pc A la carte chicken package. Sign say’s fried, baked or spicy. I asked for spicy and the kid behind the counter said we don’t carry spicy. I said but it’s on the sign above the counter? Answer: ya we never had it… Come on store manager… counter manger… how can you list an item on your permanent sign you never carry??? The kid said “ya” people ask all the time..

Absolutely terrible store. Can't tell you how many times I recieved items I didn't buy. This time I didn't recieve all my produce. Went back to store and manager could care less. Won't be going to this store anymore!

Absolutely the worst. Customer service is awful here. I came in to get a few flowers wrapped and no florist was available. I came in at 5pm and the florist are not available after 7pm. I asked the cashiers (kids) if there was anyone in the floral department that could assist. Both cashiers who weren’t doing anything but talking to each other looked at me like I was bothering them and interrupting their conversation. Eventually someone from the deli department comes over and asked if I needed help and she says “she doesn’t know how to wrap flowers, sorry”. I could drop names and make corporate compliant but not worth all that. Just step it up next time. It’s not that hard to make the call and get the right representative to help.

I've been shopping at this location for years. They really need to be careful with who they hire for baggers. If they are not capable of handing a bag to a customer or try to grab the bag back from a customer, then they should be working in the back stocking shelves instead. The situation I had today was unpleasant. The manager told me the bagger was autistic. And that's fine, but they need to be ok with something simple like handing over a bag of food whether it's to a customer or to a coworker and not make things unpleasant for customers. I am not the only customer bothered by this man.

I got what I needed to but man, this place smells so bad. I know it's tough to have a seafood section and not have your store smell like a sewer, but it was particularly bad tonight. It makes for a pretty unpleasant shopping experience. They do have plenty of self checkout lanes and they had one checkout person tonight. Shelves were stocked and the store is clean, just smelly.

Have to brag on the ladies working in the floral department of this store! Mickey was so kind and helpful over the phone as I ordered small centerpieces for a corporate event. I didn't catch the name of the person working when I picked up, but she was so kind and helpful as well. The flowers were fresh, beautiful and perfect to complete our guest tables. Even days later, there are flowers all over our office because I can't bring myself to get rid of them when they still look so great!

This is the worst Fry’s I’ve been to. The selection isn’t as good especially when it comes to healthy options. Store is huge but not fond of the layout. Nothing special about this Fry’s. No clothes like the one further south on Gilbert. Wouldn’t go there again.
