On Sunday June 19 at 5:03pm my husband and I got to the pharmacy, not knowing when they closed. It's at 5pm. The pharmacist was pulling the gate when we got there and I expressed my disappointment at missing my chance to get what I needed. The pharmacist saw us, and asked what I needed. I said what I needed (not a script but something only sold behind the pharmacist counter) and he let me in to purchase it. Thank you for employing empathetic people.

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!! leaving one star because it makes me put something otherwise I would put zero. I purchased a package of what was labeled chicken wings and once I opened it to cook it there were feathers and nails still on the wings. Absolutely disgusting and customer service was not very helpful.

Love this store. I miss it now that I live out of state. I shop here everytime I'm in town. This week I was especially impressed with Austin at customer service. He was a joy to chat with and very pleasant and helpful. Every stores need more Austins.

The marketplaces are larger and usually offer more. This location in parts are beautiful and in others not as attractive. The location is average but with Covid employee reductions that average may be an unfair observation. Some Fry's stand out. Not so, today, for this person. Marketplaces are convenient as well as practical. To a lesser degree, during Covid 19.

I'll drive an extra five miles to go to this Fry's instead of the one on Main and Greenfield. Or I'll make one trip to Trader Joe's, Sprouts, and Fry's Customer service actually answers their phone at this one. Employees, in general are helpful and friendly

The layout of this store is awful. It makes NO sense how this place is organized. A 30 minute trip took me an hour and a half and I still couldn’t find what I needed. I asked two employees they didn’t know either. The cell service in the store is terrible as well so if you try to Google where to find something you can’t get a signal. That’s not really the store‘s fault but it made the whole experience even more frustrating. Definitely not coming back here.

Such a big store but everything is organized strangely so it’s hard to find things. Major gripe is that they close down one side of the store exit/entrance 3 hours before closing time. Staff was not overly friendly, seems like they were trying to rush people out (?) but it was busy, a lot of people waiting at checkout (even the self checkout).

Definitely will be sticking to the fry’s by our house. Val vista and Warner has the best service all the way around. We never have issues . Today we asked for more bags. The employee said there’s paper bags above you . Well we don’t want paper bags it’s hard to carry groceries using paper bags and we reuse the plastic . Not sure if they have a shortage but an explanation instead of why can’t you get us plastic bags would of been nice instead of . There’s paper ones rudely
