First time at this location. It is a small store but it has everything you need. From produce, to toiletries, to everything in between! It is very clean and shelves are fully stocked. Employees are friendly and kind. I got greeted immediately by an employee. This place has everything you need here. I'm glad I came here. Will be coming back soon!!! ☺️

Fry's grocery has helpful and happy checkers and courtesy clerk's. Deli is very helpful and is kept up too date. Fry's is owned by Kroger so it like shopping at Ralphs or Vons but without the price gouging. Reminds me of down to earth Whole Foods as well. The staff has always the knowledge available to be able to answer my questions when I'm there. They pay attention to detail. The place is clean and neat. Well kept up and I will definitely return. here.

First, I love Frys foods, always have. This is purely a pharmacy warning for covid shots as of Dec 29, 2021. My advice is to come in to this store knowing if you are eligible, since they may not know or be uninformed. Today I brought my 17 yr old in for a booster but the tech at the window told me my 17 yr old was not eligible due to age. The pharmacist standing next to him did not correct him so I showed them both the CDC website that shows it to be true. Lastly, they are really bent on insurance for a free vaccine, they say they require insurance to pre authorize it, I did not feel convinced, watch for charges. In the end my teen got their shot but it should not have taken over an hour to do all this mid day, with no line, in the far east valley, on a Wednesday.

I visited the Fry's marketplace (store 75) today to do a little bit of shopping. And as I was walking down one of the aisles, a young male employee came up behind me and decided to walk on my heels. Then when I went to check out this same individual bagged my groceries in a way that would suggest I killed his favorite dog. It took everything in me not to lay him out right there but geez, what kind of customer service do they promote at that Fry's. I was highly disappointed during my visit and found allot of empty shelves throughout the store.

The Bakery and Floral departments look amazing! Wonderful staff to help make any occasion special! Beautiful selections!! The flowers here are extremely elegant, always fresh and cost half the price of competitors!! I bought a Bouquet from somewhere else for $100 for my Grandma. I looked at Fry's price for the same kind of Bouquet, and it was only $55 (in a vase)!!! Here is a floral cake I thought was highly unique!! I wish I could have had them do the flowers and cake for my wedding, had I known!!

Definitely recommend visiting this store whenever you need to buy some groceries. I used to work here. If you ever need help with anything Ryan is the best person to go to. He used to be my supervisor before I foolishly quit. The guy is very knowledgeable about seemingly everything in the store. Usually wearing a long sleeve buttoned shirt and looks kinda nerdy but he’s super cool and fast. He’s like the fastest cashier I’ve ever known even though he’s not technically a cashier. Sometimes he jumps onto a cash register to help speed up the lines at checkout. I recommend going through his lane if you see him working on one.

I’ve seen this practice elsewhere before: in the last few hours before closing stores would close and lock some of the exits to prevent shoplifting. This stores practice is dangerous and I would argue against the fire code. The door sign ironically reads above it “THIS DOOR IS TO REMAIN UNLOCKED DURING BUSINESS HOURS”. The door has been barricaded on the inside and out which would prevent access to the door in the event of an emergency, and the sign outside is in the way for someone to open this door at all in the event of an emergency. I know you don’t want to have stuff stolen, I don’t want that for you either, but this is the wrong way to pursue that goal. This is dangerous. Rather than putting people at risk, and treating all your customers like thieves, why don’t you leave this door open, and put a greeter there near closing. Studies show that eliminates most shoplifting (especially the run outs) and actually increases customer service. This has secured my pick to patronize Safeway down the street as my first pick, but I will be back in a few months I’m sure and I sincerely hope I see a more active, positive towards the customer experience rather than this passive and negative customer experience.

I love coming here. They always have what I'm looking for and they have the freshest produce too. There's always a sale of some sort going on of what I want. There's a Fry's 2 miles from my place and I drive to this one which is 7 miles from my place. Fast friendly staff too. I'll miss this place when I leave to Nevada in 2 months. But if you live near here or even 7 miles away, go to this fry's, doesn't disappoint.
