I first called cause the delivery was 20 min late they said our food was still in the store. I then called again 30 min later and they said it was out for delivery. The driver finally calls and said I’m in Brooklyn at ur house and I don’t live there. I said I haven’t lived there in 3 years and I did not put that address down when I ordered online. I called and spoke with the manager who was completely rude and hung up on me. Our family was sick with covid and we are just waiting g for food since we couldn’t go anywhere. Pizza pit needs to realize the customer comes first this was not the first time they delivered to our old address, fix ur process! Also maybe offer the customer a discount ?!? Will not be ordering from them again. The delivery driver was way more compassionate than his management. I suggest the management take a lesson from him.

I called in an order for my grandson who lives there. I am from Virginia and the owner totally made it happen what a wonderful place best pizza ever my grandson says and beyond the best customer service.

They are short staffed and spring break but after 1.5 hours I called they said ya 5-10 more mins... 20 mins later I'm still waiting. Crazy... Udate, just got my order 2 hours later. Oh and they forgot my fries and my pizza was thin crust not husky. I mean come on. I'd understand if this was a first but last time I ordered they forgot something and gave me $5 credit and the time before that they forgot my whole gyro. Ridiculous. I'm from the area and this place has gone downhill.

Always delicious, fresh-tasting pizza! I highly recommend Pizza Pit. We don't live nearby, so I order it with a phone call, and pick it up at their restaurant in Oregon. Always friendly, prompt service.

Manager or whoever was working today 09/24/2021 around noon, basically a rude jerk. Pizza slices were burnt as well. Haven't been back since. Original review wasn't posted due to stating the counter person was an @$$ hole.

Dude behind the counter was rude and quite literally dirty. Like dirt under his fingernails. Honestly shocking to see these days, especially in the food industry. I asked if he’d be the one cooking my food, to which he replied “yup”. I won’t be coming back, I can’t imagine what the back looks like if his fingernails are black. I get it that everyone is having a hard time finding quality workers, but uh… at least have clean employees. Food was okay.

Ordered a 16" pizza but got a 13" pizza. What a deal! Also ordered spaghetti with marinara... I could have made a better version with ingredients from the gas station.
