Staff was really friendly and helpful. With how much price has gone up tho you'd think the food would've stayed the same. Pizza had nearly no sauce on it and the cheese was so brown nearly on the burnt side. (Crust however was fine) Crazy bread no longer seems to have butter or parmesan on it. Just breadsticks with a few crumbs of cheese And the crazy sauce you can tell has A LOT of water added to it and thinning it out so much. An order that used to cost my family 12 dollars just cost me 22 and it's obvious they are using a lot less of the ingredients they did a couple years ago.

My wife and I came in and waited over 10 minutes and noone waited on us. There were 2 other customers as well. We could hear the manager scolding the staff in the kitchen. Guess that's more important than customer service. Don't worry, we won't be back to bother you guys anymore.

I saw the ads and seem very positive reviews of the new Little Caesar’s Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza, so I decided to place an order online at my nearest local location in Beloit Wisconsin. I orders online in hopes of saving time because of last few visits where I was waiting 20 minutes for a single order of cheese bread in a so called “ hot and ready” location in my last visit.Since pizza tracker on the website stayed stuck in the in oven section, I decided to just head to the Beloit location on Cranston, and wait in the drive-thru line. I arrive in timeframe listed on my email receipt only to wait an additional 15 minutes. By the time I got to the window, I was told the pizza would have to be remade. After additional waiting I finally get the pizza hone only to find it half cooked with pepperoni thrown on hap-hazard. Needless to say I will not be coming back, and continue to share my experience. I will just end in saying if you hope to keep continuing to have a successful franchise I suggest better care in the quality of your product, and the professionalism of your employees.

I normally have no issues at this location but went through the drive thru at 6pm. After waiting 5 minutes a younger gentleman comes to the window to let me know he will be right with me. A moment later an older man comes and leans out of the window, clasped his hands and gives me a look like I was interrupting him. I asked for 3 pizzas, 2 pepperoni and one cheese, 3 crazy breads and sauces. Gave him my credit card. He comes back with 3 pizzas, crazy bread and one sauce, states to me that I had two more sauces coming. At this point I'm still waiting for my credit card, then he hands me my card and receipt, and two more sauces 1/4 of the way full. By now I am ready to leave, I thanked him. I get home to most of the crazy bread isn't cooked, 2 cheese and one pepperoni. I literally ordered while he was typing it in to the computer, the mistake was that normally I drive from janesville to buy here because the quality is better. This person Curtis has a couple of choices. Either you represent the business in a professional way or work elsewhere. We are all familiar with the understaffing that every business is experiencing. So should the quality of the food and customer service lack attention as well? The result of this visit is that I now have to choose which location between Janesville and Beloit to roll the dice that my experience will be one of the lesser of two evils.

When I went here on Sunday they were understaffed and only had 1 person working. The inside was closed and you could only go through the drive thru which was fine. The lady took my order and brought it out to me within 10 minutes however when I came on Monday I ordered online and went through the drive thru to pick up. This time they had more people but these people had no idea what they were doing. Carry out time was at 25 minutes. 35 minutes after I placed my order the employee said "that order isn't done because I didn't know it was there. I'll go make it right now." An hour and 15 minutes after I placed my order I finally just got a refund. They did give me 2 pizzas out of their warmer for my wait they just weren't what I ordered.

Lately every time I go to this Little Caesars they are sold out of pizzas So much for the sign that says hot and ready. Like today I sat in drive-through for almost 20 minutes before I even got to the window then when I ordered food they said they're sold out of all their pizzas and it's a 15 to 20 minute wait after I already waited to order.

Horrible service and subpar food. 1 guy waited for an hour for a pepperoni pizza and an order of crazy bread. They gave his crazy bread to someone that came in 30 minutes after him. He was quiet about it. I waited more than 45 minutes. I never saw them make a single "hot-n- ready" pizza, but somehow I got the 4 I ordered after 45 minutes (definitely not fresh). The crazy bread was fresh so I had high hopes, but it was doughy and barely had butter or parmesan. If I hadn't paid already I would've walked. They rarely checked out front for people and didn't even attempt to make anything right or explain. They kept giving food to people in the drive thru before us waiting. One guy working had his long hair all over the place and was wiping his hands on his pants. Another guy (though he was the most attentive) was wearing a tank top and slides. The girl (said she was the assistant manager) was wearing hole-y jeans and barely surfaced. I didn't see anyone wearing gloves at all or washing their hands even after they took money. They did say the printer wasn't working for electronic orders, and that some workers didn't come in, but it was way beyond acceptable and there was no attempt to fix anything. It hurts me to give 1 star, but, unfortunately, that's being generous.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered online. Clearly the staff is overwhelmed. I was given ice cold sauce for my crazy bread that was cold. Waited in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes for food I had already paid for. If I hadn't paid online, I would have driven away.

Called my order in, went to pick up. There was no order there. Had to reorder and wait for specialty pizza which was just a Ham & Cheese pizza. The other pizza was a sausage & Pepperoni. Which the person who took my order thought were two separate pizzas. Only wanted two pizza's paid for three. When the person who I think was the manager tried to get me a refund the register wouldn't work. So I just left trying to get the pizza home still warm. It's a shame that this location is this way. When we lived in Janesville we would eat Little Ceasars 3 or four times a month. I wish this one ran better. Miss little Ceasars nights.

In and out every time, pizza is hot and fresh 9/10 times and customer service is usually fine but can vary GREATLY.
