Absolutely terrible service. Understaffed! Told us 20 minutes and it was an hour. My 83 year old mom was in severe pain! Profits above customer, shame on you Walmart!!!!

Most of the staff and pharmacists are helpful and knowledgeable. It is one of the most efficient pharmacy stores in Beloit. I stopped visiting this pharmacy store at the beginning of the year after a few occasions of racist and judgemental remarks by a pharmacist. I gave another try after a couple of months, and fortunately, I didn't come across to that disrespectful lady. Now she is back from her maternity leave and again repeated racist behavior. Finally, I have realized that she has a tremendous amount of hatred towards the people of color. I'm sure many customers must be her victim. I still buy groceries from this store but will not refill medicines because of this racist and rude employee.

The technicians there with the exception of one are just ridiculously rude an I think hate themselves....go somewhere else because these "people" will do nothing except waste your time!

Always a wait, usually long. Never enough staff at front and not very friendly. Seems if you complain, more staff suddenly appears. Prescription never seems to be ready either, even after 24 hours! Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. If my insurance didn't require that I go to Walmart, I would not. I will try to use mail order whenever possible.

Worst customer service! Waited 30 mins for someone to cut fabric, even had someone page the department twice and no one ever showed. Now I have to go back to work empty handed
