Our pharmacy staff works their butts off. Typically they are friendly but stay on task. Most complaints are because of doctor communication issues and insurance interference. Cut them slack as they’re overworked in a high stress environment.

I have been judged multiple times for getting certain scripts from here, had the pharma assist rant to me about how she decides "who gets their meds! and who doesn't." I Was told on one occasion, to show up to pick up my script, by the Indian tech who does not speak English well. But works with medications, when I got there he told me that, this was never said... thou he told me on the phone 45 min ago it was ready to be picked up. I swear half that team is a bunch of sociopaths.

Awesome people! I had trouble finding some of the items my wife wanted by the pharmacy and they came out from behind the glass to help me find them! Super nice, no attitude, and very professional! Thank you Wal-Mart Pharmacy Techs! Now I don't have to sleep on the couch! LOL

Pharmacy staff is helpful and kind, especially for senior citizens like my husband and myself, who have many medications.

Good service! They are sufficient and get it done! Just try to make sure you give yourself some extra time in between for certain medications!

Service is slow and the so called "Pharmacists" are rude and snotty towards me every time I come to pick up. Shopko's Pharmacy closes but not this one wow what a joke.

For well over 15 years the Delavan pharmacy has been my family pharmacy. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Their prices are reasonable and the staff are just fine. If I run out of a prescription, it is MY responsibility to seek the refill from my doctor's office. Always ready to answer my questions. This pharmacy has always been a very busy place and always professional.

They will not submit fax refill orders. You will literally go weeks without hearing from them. For stuff like BLOOD PRESSURE meds. I had to transfer everything back to Walgreens. They are on the ball at Walgreens. Didn't have a problem for years. I only tried this place to save money and it was a mistake. Buy your ZPac but if you depend on monthly refills then look elsewhere. The staff is way to busy to deal with you.

I was very upset at the Pharmacists intense questions as to why/what the med was prescribed for, how much it was or wasn't helping me, and why wasn't something else prescribed .. that info is between me and my Dr. This guys job is to verify that I brought him a valid rx and then to fill it. This really upset me and if it weren't for me not having ins. and Wal-Mart's $4 and $10ex's I would not go back

They are sbsolutely horrible. They were having issues filling one of my prescriptions and then they called me saying that they are filling it so I showed up and they embarrassed me by telling me to quick rushing them it will be 10 to 15 minutes whwn I didn't show up until over an hr after they called me. I would recommend going somewhere else as I am goinf to be
